ticket really epitomizes the best of the emergence of athlete/ex-athlete podcasting and commentary: He has a super high IQ understanding of the game and what it takes to win at a high level. He's able to give pointed criticism if it's necessary (perfectly captured the risk Harden is taking by trying to wiggle his way out of a third team 😅), while also not being a hater who's egotistically concerned with defending his own era and what he accomplished. And incredible vibes/gets hyped when there's something truly exciting happening with a player or team. Plus, he's funny as hell 💯

@@Christopher._M he works with a team of specialists on his flexibility, mobility strength. He may gain 20 pounds over time but I doubt it because his focus is getting stronger not bigger. The bigger he gets the more chance he has to be injured. His legs will give out if he gets too big.
@Christopher._M Жыл бұрын
@@s.0.u.p896 you can't get stronger without gaining weight unless you are just out of shape. I'm not suggesting for him to gain 20 pounds overnight. He's still young and his body is still developing. He has a few years to do that. 20 pounds at his size is not that much. Especially if most of it goes to his legs. His back and shoulder muscles are still developing at his age. He will naturally gain 5-10 more pounds by the time he's 21/22. He can easily go up 20 pounds if he trains properly without getting bulky and stiff. Muscles actually help prevent injury. They take the load off your joints.
