I think she does a little bit, though it still perfectly fits the scene because in-universe it could just be her turning around to yell at Jake coincidentally as he breaks the glass. Though I heard some people say the glass breaking was accidental so there's a chance the original punchline was Amy scolding Jake hence Melissa turning around on-cue and the glass broke around the same time

They slanted the mirrors while placing them on the set. The mirrors weren't placed at the usual 90-degree, instead they were angled. It was probably to prevent the camera being reflected onto the mirror, although I'm not sure. I saw this in some video long ago
