I’ll be honest, I really didn’t like Bill in the finale. The fun of Bill was that every appearance would come with some bizarre new character trait/angle, and repeating “homeless Bill” meant that we get a lot of the same jokes and vibes about being Bill desperate. Otherwise, Bill was excellent as a character who always seemed to have something different going on every time we saw him.
