Florio is so butthurt by Brady, he will do and say anything negative to smear him. Why even have him as a host? The moment Brady took over the Raiders they started making move after move that actually makes sense. It’d be nice if we could’ve had the player that puts us on the map actually lead up back there. But the Krafts didn’t see him as “family” enough to let him buy into the team.

Brady done winning when you could hit a quarterback and mahommes plays when he just takes a dive and gets a call where Brady didn't look for outside help. Mahommes will never be considered tough maybe talented but not tough at all actually just the opposite

that is complete fantasy. They changed the rule after Brady blew up his knee. You think that happened without Brady's influence?

I agree with what Florio said I don’t think Tom cares about not having “extra access” to coaches, players, he’s thinking “I don’t need to sit down with Dan Campbell & Jared Goff to know how to break down a football game I can do that in my sleep.”

Does anyone actually give a shit about what Florio has to say? The guy pushes BS narratives just to remain relevant.

Unless the “rookie wage scale” was extremely punitive for the best teams, I just don’t see how that would maintain the same level of parity as the draft, however unfair that might be.

Rotation of cities for a Superbowl is such a lame idea. There is no problem to solve here. Cities shouldn't have to wait 16 or 20 years to host a Superbowl if they build the infrastructure for it.

If there was no draft; even if we had a rookie salary cap, the top teams would feast signing the best players because many of the best players would jump on a top team for a Superbowl opportunity and take a pay cut to do it. I'd love to hear more discussion about that idea but I don't think the top teams would have trouble getting guys on cheap deals and filling holes easily, hurting parity.

Not really. The teams in the cities with the best weather and best tax situations would be on top! Places like Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Nashville, Vegas, Houston, and Dallas would all dominate! Who wants to pay taxes, especially when you talk about these types of numbers!

Actually, all athletes are taxed on where the game is played nowadays, so they only save money on half the games. To counteract that, you have to take into consideration the fan bases involved because players make a lot more money with a rapid fanbase and in bigger markets, paying for merchandise, advertisements, etc.. An athlete in Boston who is marketable makes considerably more money than someone in a sleepy market where people don't support their teams nearly as much.

Well , fox is not going to sink their relationship with Brady . They got him on their team and as years pass it will seem like a bargain. So what if he owns 1% of a team. How many others do ? Unknown . There is very little by way of strategy or game planning that he hasn’t seen before or can’t figure out on his own. Much ado about nothing.
