Hey, I'm new, since your comment is 4 months old I guess you figured it out, but as far as I know for mining eth you should join some mining group and the set up of everything is more complicated, NiceHash is easy to set up, literaly just make an account. If you figured it out, what did you do ?

When I mine into my coinbase wallet, the miner runs fine and I am getting 60 degrees, 45 mh and using 100% gpu in msi afterburner, but when I go into task manager it says I'm only using 5% gpu, and I am getting no ethereum in my coinbase account.

I am trying to mine ETH. I modified the start beam file, when I run the .bat file nothing happens. A windows flashes and closes it self. What am I doing wrong here? Also the latest version of nbminer only gives you two startxxx.bat files.

Nice one! I have an RX580 card and it is reached 30+ after the MOD, 2120/1120 mv850 (around30,400+Mh/s) I use Nanopool, and with Nbminier, I get a very low number of shares per hour (12-17) tried with 7 to 8 hours. It's still the same tried changing the servers and currently using the lowest ping rate server, and still, I face the low shares. Is this coz of Difficulty in the pool ? or something to do with my (Mh/s) rate? Is there any way to increase the shares receiving? Highly appreciate your help.

Hello, I am currently mining on Hiveos to Binance pool. Binance pool has a high latency where I am ( 80-125 ms). Minerstat claims that they would improve the latency problem. Have you tried Minerstat? Do you recommend that I switch to Minerstat? Thank you in advance :)

What about how to stop it? If I just close the console window, it closes normally, but my graphics card continues to run hard, the same as it was when I was mining. I'm guessing there must be a proper way to close the miner and end the process? I'm tired of have to reboot the machine every time.

Ctrl+C pompts me if I want to end the process, that appears to do the trick. Closing with the "x" seems to somehow keep some process running that causes the GPU to keep running under load.

make sure you save it under, all files, not a .txt file. Also, I add .bat to the end to make sure it does not save as a txt file. (start_eth.bat) Hope this helps.

It has to be the GPUs that mt supports and for the ones it doesn't leave it as 0. For example -mt 1,0,1 (applies for first and 3rd gpu, skips second)

Recently i just started mining with my gaming computer and it has an overclocked 3070 strix with great cooling I could leave this thing to mine itself but I want to use nbminer which im sure you know why hence me having a 3070oc, does this just go off on it's own because it wont extract and when i go to open it it loads some lettering into the command prompt and closes it really quickly i can't even see what it's doing but i haven't noticed change.
