Interesting to hear how the NC Supreme Ct. Justices articulate & find on the recusal issue of bias. Although this appears to be a strong issue for a state decision, not a federal (US Supreme Ct.) decision. Our long history of presidence on accepting the outcome of elections has certainly been hammered down lately, maybe its time for a new opinion on it.
