Wesley Kiptoo has to find a way not to go out lightning quick and then fade the last few laps. Great races all around by NAU!

Perhaps if he would just sit the first few laps and then make an early move to try and create a break he would benefit. Rather than bolting at the gun and fading in the end.

No mention from commentators on Australian Ky Robinson's kick or his result really. Great run from an 19 year old. He came from well back when the commentator said Nur was running away from everybody.

Massive props to Robinson. 13:21 then 13:20 shows solid talent. I hope he doesn't do NCAAs, this guy could make a Worlds team for Australia. Most of the contenders are doing other events (Stewy in the 1500, Ramsden in the 1500, Tiernan in the 10K and road running, Rayner in the 10K and road running), so it'll be much easier than usual.

6:01 - everything he says here is wrong. First off his brothers are Juniors not Seniors. They are setting national records (beating the high school records set by Nico) and especially next year will likely be better than Nico ever was in high school, but are not currently faster than he is.
