20 years ago I used to go to Thailand to escape Christmas. Best Christmas I ever had was sat on Pattaya beach eating KFC and drinking Thai whisky.😂

U can't beat the Sportsmans for a Sunday Roast ,399thb, the best in town. But I'm skipping the Xmas Dinner thing this year everywhere in Pattaya. It's over inflated in price when a Xmas Dinner is really just a Turkey Sunday roast.. I be going up to Naklua fish market for a whole lobster xmas dinner for a change with the Thais for under 1000thb cooked and served. 😊

Last christmas Hartland was fully booked ,so we booked hemingways, big mistake,, Everything was COLD The Brussels sprouts were hard . Our rost potatoes were hard inside Carrots not cooked , Even the grave was cold . Plus it was very quiet and no atmosphere.

Gday Nick, I was one of those people that went to Thailand to get away from Christmas, hated it. Like you I changed my mind after spending christmas there, its just not stressful like it is in Falang land. I went to the Hilton in Hua Hin for christmas lunch a few years back and it was brilliant. You are spoilt for choice in pattaya, cheers

As expensive as Robin Hood is, the food there is fantastic. Never had a bad meal there. Royal cliff looks great though. See you in 50 days nick.

first ate at the Sportsman when it was in soi 6 back in 1993 xmas trip had breakfast every day bar one over the month stay,once had a large bottle of coke and a pie on the beach early 1960s in australia,followed with a nice gob off a very very fit pommy lass yum yum

Xmas dinner in Thailand shudnt be much more expensive than a Sunday roast…as it’s not a Thai national holiday so no staff double pay etc…like in the UK where you’ll start paying fr £60 up on Xmas day…🎅🤔😉
