I think both things are interrelated.. However education about the field is prior.. A person must fully educated or hold enough knowledge before practicing it.. For instance.. Being a doctor firstly you must have knowledge of it.. You cant just operate patient.. Same as for other fields.. So education is must.. Thereafter you can work on your feild for some time.. Which is nothing but work experience itself

Education required .....accd. to me ....it makes u knowledgeable ....qualification being checked by hR during interview. .. ...big scholars can teach too ...on knowledge basis .....wrkwala can't teach...being .sukanyaside degree takes effort
