Dude shallot does not know how to use ultra instinct because he isn't trained for that, if u go back within the story Giblet stated that shallot has that crazy strength while Giblet has speed together they're made a perfect duo, but saying shallot getting ultra instinct is not for him, I think it would be suitable that I think Giblet might be getting ultra instinct instead of ultra ego while shallot has super Saiyajin 4 and super Saiyajin blue evolution and ultra ego maybe cus shallot does have that crazy strength and suits for his character, I think 🤔
