Yeah man, major props to you for putting out content that's actually useful. No bullshit camera drones with weird dub-step music that has nothing to do with anything. Love the "play-by-play" of your plan of your attack for any given day you're on the water. That's how you teach people to fish. That's how people learn.

This channel is such a better style than all of those other ones where people annoyingly scream at the top of their lungs when they catch a 2 pound bass. Well done sir.
I know that others have already said it but, 1) Best fishing content on the internet; 2) I love the relaxed, love-of-fishing-and-nature vibe; 3) crazy skills fishing out of the kayak; 4) amazing casting accuracy. My boys love this channel. I love it more. Keep going, brother. . . .

In the 1st 4 minutes of the video I learned a new way to paddle in small areas, a new rod for pan fish, and a great setup for slip-bobber fishing. I don’t get that much knowledge in 4 minutes from ANY other fishing channel. Dude you are just so good ! 👏👏👏👏👏

Us armchair fishermen appreciate inclusion of things like the kayak launch 0:33 and "ski-poling" to push off to see the mechanics of how the practical matters go. It's cool to see effortlessly gliding boats hitting lunkers with every cast like most highlight reel vloggers do, but this is useful. Thanks, and keep it up.

For 63 yrs one thing hasn't changed; using a "bobber" is one of my top 5 fishing rigs. To simply anticipate, or see my bobber twitch regardless of species, or how high tech my "arsenal" became was the best. It would be great to see a "bobber/sucker or shiner minnow" video for monster bass, muskie, or pike. *God bless.*

Anyone ever tell you that your videos are like a Bob Ross painting video? The voice, the narrative. Also, have you ever tried an Adjust-a-bubble? That's what I use for small jigs. A dry fly with a waxworm behind the bubble is great for rising panfish. The waxworm makes the fly sink REALLY slow.

I grew up about 35 miles north of Detroit Lakes. Depending on how far away you are I'd like to suggest Waboose Lake in Tamarack Wildlife Refuge. There are several lakes in it, Waboose being one. They would close off access for 7 years on all but one, rotating. I was there in late June. Waboose is open this year. It has BIG Crappies. Love your channel. You're a natural talent😉.

I wish most of the other guys with fishing channels would grow up and understand that narration in a normal, relaxed tone of voice is the perfect way to communicate with ordinary people. Yeah I know people who take home a limit every time they fish, now I do take home a lot but I also eat fish as my main protein source, that said respect the spawn and breeders aren't eaters, admire their beauty for a minute and then make sure they swim off strong.
