Playing akali without smart cast is really not good... Also a tip for players who wanna learn akali. Forget about locked camera. It is silly in general, but Akali is the worst champ to be played with locked screen. Reason being is your ult animation is super fast and with locked camera the origin point of the vector for aiming your stuff will also move, while you are dashing with ult. That makes landing your R1-E1 combo extremely difficult, since your cursur will move even if you don't touch your mouse... And missing your E1 means you have 0 damage basically... It is the most important skill to land.

Im rank 13 akali NA with locked cam it can be done! I think you are over analyzing it and not accounting for the fact that anything can be learned and even if locked cam makes any ability a little bit harder to hit, its just an adjustment that naturally can be made with muscle memory. Regardless of camera E1 is a guaranteed hit after R1 if done properly.

Of course, if you are used to the other way and it works for you than that's fine I guess. I speak from my experience when I started learning her in practice tool I noticed that locked cam is really hard to land. It was hard to hit R1 E1 on a target dummy! :D Then I watched high elo streamers and one tricks. I stumbled on Han akali from the chinese server and I noticed this guy always unlocks the camera before a combo, so I tried it and it works much better. These are my 2 cents.

@@zyfryth I have a lot of experience with Katarina, you can play with locked cam but, when doing multikills, you will be dashing around a lot, and having unlocked cam helps a lot, so you dont have to adjust your mouse that much.

It's not in human nature is immediately blame yourself when something goes wrong. Often that comes with introspection after the fact, but people like to pretend it's an in-the-moment realization. It isn't. Correctly blaming yourself, (i.e. not because of self-confidence issues or to go through the motions), is a mindset that needs to be learned.

Yasuos are such a mystery. One game they go 0 - 9 to hit their power spike and runs the whole game over. Others win lane early and then do nothing. I think there is something in the brain of Yasuo players where they have to be tilted to play recklessly and Yasuo is rewarded by this kind of playing. If they win early and aren´t tilted, they play too passive.
