FC 25 - How To FIX DELAY & LAG, Reduce Gameplay Delay, Best m/s Internet Gameplay Settings,

Hi! I have an RTX 3060, 32 GB ram and a i5-12400F CPU. For the first match is the gameplay great. In the second match my game starts to lagging, slowly give me some lag spikes, after then some delay... then the game becomes unplayeable. I tried everything, I give EA FC high priority usage, but nothing, still lagging. Not the internet is the faulty, Im lagging even the in SB matches. Please, help.

Speed up lag is not just Wi Fi, it is also affects wired as well, I have 1GB Up and down my ping is 9 and yes before you ask, I monitor my connection and I don't have an issue playing Call of Duty, Gears of War, Halo etc. The game is beyond broken regardless. I like the video, but the game is just utter trash.

You're not wrong, to be honest you also get speed up lag on ethernet, but thankfully it's very rare like one in every 50 games for me anyway, I remember on Wi-Fi getting it multiple times a game 😢

@@NealGuides I do agree, perhaps not 1 in 50, more 1 in 20 ish, it is the game and severs that are the issue not always our connection.

​@vanlallioana9235 Does it really though? How do you explain this - at 2 pm all my players are in a mud and I can't make 2 successful passes. At 2 am everything runs super smoothly and I play prime Barcelona tiki taka football. At 2 pm I'm div 3 player and At 2 am I'm div 1 / elite. Wtf?

I think what he's referring to here is everything that can be done on your end, the original poster, probably didn't watch the video and just commented because he was frustrated, but we all know that there's obviously big issues with delay inside the game and inconsistent gameplay, it's probably the biggest issue but you can only change what you can control

I think that is the reason for less champs games bcz the server is shit in rival gameplay is heavy in qualifiers my gameplay smooth bcz less ppl will be on playing

I don’t understand how I consistently have far worse gameplay on my main compared to my RTG. I have exactly the same settings on both accounts. Even on squad battles on my main the gameplay is horrible but, when I switch to RTG it’s like butter and I can play how I want to. Makes 0 sense to me

My issue is, I play on 50 ping, the game only feels playable after 11pm.. My Imput delay is horrible but even tho my ping doesn't change, when I play after 11pm, the game feels way more responsive and I don't have that 2 second delay when I press the pass button and my player takes 3 extra steps

yeah me too. i play on 24ms ping. but the game feels laggy. when i play around 3 am, the game is fine, playable, there's no input lag at all

As someone who plays on PC, you have no idea how many hackers there are. I lost most of my games because of hackers, even doing things i didn't realize where hacks until i found out weeks later.

I played last year, drafts and elite division was unbearable, it's why I can't move across, I think if you're like a division four or five player then go for it, but honestly, although the gameplay feels more responsive you can argue and better FPS, it's not worth it, maybe for my content account I may do it though

Either way the input delay this year is crazy for me i dont know what to do 90% goals i concede because my players dont react im forced to play a zoomed in camera and i dont want to...

Hi, I've noticed that (only in my coaching career) every now and then, even offline, I notice a very fast micro-spurt almost like lag or stuttering. Is it a bug? even when I took a shot the ball made 2 very quick shots. However, if you play KICK-OFF LOCALLY, everything is fine

To be honest, I don't really play career mode, so I can't really speak, but technically speaking it's offline so they shouldn't really be any delay from the gameplay side, in terms of stuttering have you tried to turn off all the hypermotion stuff ETC in the settings like I explained, including the performance mode and stuff? I presume you are on PC or are you on console? If you are on PC make sure you turn all your settings down

Dude is just yapping.. everyone has got these settings for months now. The game is dead after it introduced crossplay. There isn’t any fix , only PC gameplay is the best

Cross play is deffo a problem. I had it in F1 where cross play caused so much lag. But when I join and ps league only never had another issue or if so was very very rare. So I'm guessing this could apply to fc25 to

Yeah suppose you can avoid hackers so technically you're going to increase your win margins, I can't prove that cross play does cause like without statistically testing it, Which I haven't, but from what I felt I definitely feel like there is more like with crossplay on rather than it being on off

I can't comment for other games, I can only really comment for FC, as I said I don't want to put the statement out that it's proven, when I haven't tested it, to be honest because other games don't really have as much issues, I can't comment for F1, but let's say for the other games that I do play I don't find cosplay much of an issue but then again nothing has inconsistent gameplay and delay FC lol

I see, to be honest from ever just not sure I just turn it off, but even then let's see for example in theory the connection was still good or even better, I'm not taking a risk losing a match due to a hacker, it's better to just turn it off, I only ever recommend leaving it on if for example you are playing with friends, or let's say for example you're in a region where like Australia where it's so difficult to find a game and you spend like 30 mins searching, then unless you're extremely patient, and those regions you just have to turn cross play on
