The pillars say it all. I don't even care about the money, but this needs more wall textures,stair parts etc. And I want wedge stuff! There is so much missing with this set -by Set!

I have seen a lot of creative builds using this set. A channel that I like called smskcntr used this set to create a pyramid ship. I guess the possibilities are endless if you have the imagination.

I do believe I've seen Smsk's build too, this set is definitely flexible enough to get pretty much anything done if you have the imagination for it

With all these sets I feel one could create a grand dungeon of sorts. This would be a really interesting build for maybe a Temple of Set. Or maybe a ziggurat? Or possibly the lair of a Stygian sorcerer or a Tempest of Set.

Unless I'm mistaken, none of the black lotus bazaar building sets have had wedges included. It would be huge if they had them.

Wish pyramid cap isn't metal tip with Set symbol on it, it be cool to use this building set for none Set worshipping characters for RP, but overall this building set is pretty decent from looks of the review, great video!

DLC building sets had 39 building pieces per set. The DLC packs also included decorations and skins, all for $10. The pyramid set had 19 pieces for the same price. Yes I get that things change and so do prices but in no way does this feel like a complete set. I would not be surprised to see a pryamid set 2 in the future which has more pieces for this set. I don't think the bazaar has really given us a working fully fledged out building set yet.

I was surprised to see it priced 1200 CC, I thought it would cost 2000+ CC. A pleasant surprise, that's for sure. And it all looks great.

I suspected it'd be around 1200, mainly because the Aesir set was surprisingly also at that price point. I think that's gonna be the default for 'major' building sets, not too bad of a price point tbh

Nah the price is "normal", from what I've understood, looking at funcom marketplace, they place a set at "fair price", making it popular, so many people will buy it... and it works. In fact every chapter I always buy the main construction set and the battlepass, same I've done this new chapter. 🙂

bought this beautiful building set. IMO inverted corners/stairs are a must, even if it doesn't 100% fit the ''base theme'' of the building set. they just open so much possibillity.

Thank you for the breakdown. Honestly, I like this set. For once I won't whine about missing wedges, they just wouldn't exactly fit. Not having full stairs, fences, and fence foundations does sting, but aren't the end of the world. Definitely my favourite of the new sets. As you noted, tight theme and extremely low jank. I've only once had trouble rotating pieces and I'm pretty sure that was server lag rather than the set itself.

Thx for video Mate. For me, this set is a real revelation, because I intend to use it as intended by the Egyptian pyramids. These were tombs, not houses. So for RP gameplay, as crypts, the pyramids from this set will be perfect.

I personally don't mind sets that miss out on some pieces like wedges, gates etc if it's warranted. Some of the sets, like this one and Aesir, definitely do have a rigid design vision behind them, perhaps too rigid in some cases. I think that'll begin to even out over time though

The Battle Pass? If you purchase that, you'll be able to earn everything in the battle pass, including the currency to then purchase the next one essentially for free. The Pyramid set is on the Bazaar however, so you would have to either use the 1200 Crom Coins you got from completing the battle pass, or keep that currency and spend another $10 on it

Love the Pyramid set! My only complaint is I feel it needs a secondary capstone with a less steep sloap.

the door frame can be fixed with something like a "hide" door. a door that looks like a wall and half of it move.

I am not a fan of painted statues, but those are historically accurate. I know it is a fantasy game, but this version is basically a ruined look for an egyptian pyramid. You are able to build terrific pyramids from with limestone walls and gold capstone already in vanilla. Just make it big enough, at least 12x12. (Argossean and stormglass worked for me.)

I really like this set, I've had no issues using it and it mixes brilliantly with just about any building set imo. I've never built in the desert cos I dont like the look of any of it for the desert tbh but I am definitely going to the desert now.

They're in the Black Lotuz Bazaar, the in-game store. They're not currently in rotation but will probably come back around quite soon, as they are new with the latest update

The value for money for these bazaar packs compared to the old DLCs is terrible. If they had more content than the old DLC's that could be ok, but they often are only half a set.

I personally don't mind reduced sets if it fits the design vision, though sometimes that vision is a bit too rigid. There was always going to be the downside of less value for money with the Bazaar transition, it's to be expected, seeing as the DLC model wasn't making enough money to support future development
