Watching this video for the first time. Claremont's take on what he would love to see in Infinity War warmed my heart. His take on Wolverine appearing like that had me in stiches. His writing is just too good for this world! Wish we got that scene.

Omar, this one was the greatest interview ever. I had not yet seen an interview with Chris Claremont like this. It's really great that he made his way into comics and wrote so many great stories for X-Men (and others). Great to see his fan side, and also how cool he was for the 2nd part of the interview. It was also great to see him "daydreaming" on how to introduce the X-Men in the MCU, even though I guess that probably the FF will be introduced first. Avengers Endgame is a good opportunity for it, just a guess. I'll be re-watching this video quite a few times. Fastball-Special!!

They kicked a legend out of the hotel? They should be ashamed. This conversation is fantastic. Loving every minute of it. It is funny he mentions how he wanted to bring in a female audience, because one of my best friends in middle and high school was a girl that loved the X-Men as much as I did and it was the only comic she loved. Her favorite character was Storm. So he absolutely brought in women in a way no other American comics at the time did.
