I've had to cut back quite a bit on omnibus collecting because space is a little tight, but i'll be making space just for this. It's been one my most anticipated books since it was announced. I'm hoping that if this sells well, DC will do an omnibus or compendium of Justice League Odyssey, especially now that Joshua Williamson is one the big names at DC right now.

I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. Question does it have the whole Witching hour event? Also was no Justice ever collected in anything other than that trade? I use to have it. I always figured they would put it at the end of the darks Knights Metal omni but I don’t think they did

I’m getting used to the paper stock in the new omnis, it seems to allow the book to stretch quite well to minimise that gutter loss. But wow! this is a huge book that I’m interested in checking out. Thanks Omar!

For anybody that's curious about this Justice League Dark vol 2. Trust me it's worth it. The art. The story. And the Wonder Woman event were all great. I bought every single issue. Great book.

Thanks for the helpful overview. So torn about getting this book. I just started really getting into omnis this past year or so and this was high on my list but I have a hard time justifying spending that kind of money on DC omnis when they have this cheaper, new (in my opinion, significantly worse) paper stock. I think most modern color books tragically look better digitally than on this pseudo-matte paper.

I'm a huge Wonder Woman and Zatanna fan, but I've never read JLD. I enjoy a lot of senseless action scenes and overall fun reads (nothing too deep). Would this be a good match for me?

This looks good but it seems like it collects a bunch of other stuff that is not Justice League Dark. Wasn’t JL Dark Rebirth about 30 issues? Mine it’s on its way regardless!

During the 2021-2022 Infinite Frontier era, there was a JLD backup in the main Bendis JL book which is collected here, in addition to the main series.

It's a good read to lay the foundation for a magic based justice team. I believe the rebirth omnibus 2 starts with its own issue 1 and crossovers not in the 1st omnibus. You can enjoy the Justice League Dark Rebirth as a stand alone volume despite it being labeled as Omnibus 2. Sorry if I rambled.

The Justice League Dark Rebirth Omnibus starts its new story arc with issue 1 and separate crossovers not cataloged in the 1st omnibus. Despite each omnibus being g given the title of volume 1 & 2. Can easily be enjoyed separately without feeling you are missing key plot points or story foundations.

The ever-increasing page count and thickness of omnibus is completely absurd and out of control now. The books are way too unwieldy, and the paper stock way too thin. I've been waiting for a nice, oversized hardcover collection of this series, but it's come to a point where I actually feel repelled by this kind of monsters. I really miss the "old" 300-400-page "deluxe" hardcover collections that both Marvel and DC were publishing not that long ago. This has to stop, seriously. 😕
