neato problems

My neato wont charge it says its charging its doing an Animation on screen but it dosent charge i had it on the charger for 30 hours and still 1-3%the robot says its charging but the app dosent i checked inside but every thing is okey even the voltage? Anyone having an fix idea?

Thanks for the support, I have re-scored my review on Amazon to 1 star, and advietd that NETO customer service is CRAP and not to purchase one of there machines

Stops and starts but don't move.

Our neato runs for a few seconds then stops and says push start bottom or not charged. Green light is full and just got new battery.

Did you recalibrate the new battery? If not go into support, and then new battery. Run the neato until it dies, and then recharge it. Repeat this 3 times

Hey Marlon, I contacted the neat team as nothing worked and they agreed for replacement of the unit. Replacement is in process...so all good now. Thank you though for the video.

Failed inside warranty and NETO have spent the last 3 months, making excuses as to why they will not replace my machine, despite sending me an email stating they would replace my machine. CUSTOMER SERVILE CRAP NO NOT PURCHASE

Keep on fighting the same happend to me after a few months at first they sent me a batt because they siad it was the batt and then after the same thing happened i uploaded the video sent it to them and after a few week they told me tp send the unit for replacement

I new you turned it off
