Why is Neca sending these out to some customers twice??? Some people are receiving two when they only order one.

Why would I pay for a play-set that’s not perfect. On the right shelves the items are not sitting level. For hundreds of dollars, and people find this ok? I just bought that shelf in white you just put your diorama on.
