Boring !!!! Yes you hit the nail on the head. When I began my journey to heal my trauma, living a healthier life, gave up alcohol, tobacco, toxic relationships....my life felt dull & boring for about 2 years. I stuck with it and got through my negative feelings of being boring & it being boring. Consistency is difficult but its worth it on the other side of it. Great video.

I am so addicted to media, sugar and carbs that it's insane. My mind can't stand the thought of going into recovery. It says..."what am I going to do for FUN???"

More then boring if the drama was normalized during childhood. It feels like life itself isn't normal. But 4 years of counsoling and I'm starting to settle into my new normalcy. But still sometimes I want to run around and return into my unhealthy business. But no. Thankfully, I now know that health comes first.

I had no idea you were so theologically sound. I'm thankful today for this!

I'm kind of blown away how this series seems to have the least amount views/likes, especially around the topic of consistency. While many of the videos identify the root causes of complex trauma, these videos provide the necessary tools of how to maintain and stay the course.

Some things are just too hard to acknowledge😑 our concept of self is often so entwined with what we do and how we behave that alternatives basically kill us 😣

This one is big for me. I get it, it sounds great when I think about it but it is so difficult to apply. I have recently found you. I go video by video chronologically. So many things start to make sense. I am profoundly grateful.

I was curious where it is explicitly said in Exodus or elsewhere that only 2 remained after 2 mil followed God out of Egypt? Not religious by any means but this is the first time I am hearing this

In the end it was only Joshua and Caleb who went into the promised land. The rest of that entire generation died in the desert. Their children left the desert yes, but none of the originals who were led out of Egypt (except for those two) made it.
