I felt like my shoulders just wouldn’t release, this was great for after work. I was looking for a neck shoulder and low back stretch and this was great. Showing off with plow, I’m glad I did this after work and not in the morning. Idk if plow would be plowing at 8am lol. Thank you so much for these flows

This is one of my favorites! I do it whenever I want to do some gentle but effective stretching especially if I don’t feel motivated for a longer session. I’ve used this video at least fifteen times and I imagine I will continue going back to it. Thank you!

I hadn't done yoga in a while and my neck, back and shoulders were so painful all day from travelling and stress. Great practice as always! I've been bingeing your videos and you've reawoken a love for yoga in me. I did find the music distracting in this one, but that's usually not an issue. I love how much silence is in most of your videos. Gives us time to actually rest in the poses.
