I missed your gua sha follow a longs! So glad you suggested a decent priced facial oil too. I never use light pressure. I always forget bc I like deep pressure with everything. I use medium I guess for gua sha. My jaw is so sore & I wear a night guard. This was excellent

Hey my fellow Elle! I’m soooo glad you made this content. As I age, my neck is making me crazy! I just got a rose quartz gua sha tool and I need your guidance and these tutorials! You’re my only hope. 😓 If this doesn’t work, I’m going to have to do a neck and lower facelift surgery in the New Year. I already had my consultation w the surgeon and I’m saving up for it, although I’d really prefer to find more non invasive methods and do the surgery as a last resort. Even though I’ve always treated my neck and chest w most of the same products as my face - my face and neck just. do. not. match. 😐 I have a youngish looking face - but now I have some lax skin and visible platysma bands on my neck w a stubborn little fat pad just right under my chin. I don’t have any horizontal “rings” at least for now. Does gua sha even help to improve the appearance of platysma bands? I tried Botox to the vertical bands = no results, so that was a waste of $$. Will gua sha just be wasting my time on these vertical bands? I’m going to take before and after pics and follow along w you now. This was perfect timing! So grateful for you 🙌 Question: How long would you expect the average 50 yr old to do a gua sha face and neck routine (every night, hopefully) before seeing lasting results? Thank you, beauty! 😍🤗 *what is your preference for skincare on the neck? Type of products and/or brands?? All good girl and I totally hear you. Gua Sha and some form of micro current will help with consistency. Have you tried micro-needling? Morphis laser? those are amazing options before going for a face lift

I forgot to add that I just love Drmtlgy tinted sunscreen even when I apply nothing else. Next, I love the illuminating dew drops from Versed, which I'll apply a few drops of on top of my sunscreen on my cheeks & nose

Hello Dear Elle! This is such a PURRFECT 😻 and detailed addition to your previous Gua Sha live. I use the same one you do and LOVE it! Question: I’ve found that I need to do my Gua Sha after applying my evening Osmosis actives. I apply actives, do Gua Sha, then seal it with moisturizer.
