Very good, Simple yet wonderful exercises.. I have been working on laptop for 15 hours a day and having neck pain from several years.. Just did your exercises for one day and feeling much better.. I hope to get well soon with your excercise :)

Thanku mam.... I have same issue what you where said in the video... I will start these exercise tomorrow onwards... I having wheezing problem so keep 2 pillow to reduce cough. Then we were in rent house the tap in zink is not correct position so... I have the cervical neck pain

Neck pain along with numbness could mean that some nerve is getting affected in the upper spine. Please consult immediately and control long term problems. Leg pain and hand numbness may or may not be related. Physiotherapy can help identify and resolve the underlying problems.

Hi doctor thanks for sharing your knowledge.in the video 4:36 to 5:02 there is a suggestion ,for morning stiffness pain without swelling hot application is best and to control swelling with pain cold application is best.
