I dunno, man. Seems 'spicious that Mr. Hook-yo-girl is a goody-two-shoes now. Zaun already has a sentient lab experiment that acts as the city's superhero (Zac). "The time of man has come to an end" sounds nothing like the golem in this video. Then again, Blitzcrank's lore personality (friendly protective golem) never matched with his in-game personality (pick-oriented aggressive play-maker), with the exception of 'Blitzcrank's Poro Roundup'. Even before having his lore rewritten, Blitzcrank was a machine created by Viktor which gained sentience and the adoration of Zaunites.
