I’ll be honest, I’m spam watching tier lists to see opinions on Mister Fantastic. Most people are putting him in the bottom, saying don’t even try until one tricks figure him out. Respect for actually ranking him with ur opinion. I get everyone thinks he’s trash, and he could definitely be better. His ult is easily the worst part of his kit. I think when you have 1 tank, 3 dps, and 2 support, he’s usable. The fact that he’s unkillable is his utility imo, I’ve gotten a lot of value from just staying alive for 10-15 seconds while my team regroups. Say your team just wiped, and it’s you and one other person left. You manage to squeak out a kill, go big mode, stay alive that extra 4 seconds, pop ur skinny shield, stay alive another 4 seconds, maybe even get a kill with the projectile, hit c to desperately try and stay up, and by the time you die, your team is in great position for a retake. I know that’s so situational it’s not worth bringing up, but it’s something I’ve done personally, and it worked out for a close win.

Mister Fantastic is just a tank. If you just play him like a tank (not feeding your brains out), he is super solid. He's honestly as playable as Thor and Venom. I don't think he's busted, but you can get value.

Yep true, tanks don't go for 'dives' or burst damage, they do team wide cleave damage, which Mr F's stretch punch is fantastic at. And you have greater awareness of team situations as a vanguard, which marries with his shielding ability to peel for teammates. Plus just a mint mitigation ability and pseudo revival ability with his inflated state.

He's best used as a tank focused on blasting squishies, squishes are easily overwhelmed by him and he's a great burst diver. As soon as you know you're about to max out his charge bar use your E to dive at the enemy support, promptly obliterate them or at least attempt to causing chaos anyways and use your shift to make your way back within range of your healers, giving your E time to recharge, then use it to zoom back into the midst of your team. He's great at just pushing, but he cannot sustain a push for long as he heavily relies on his abilities to sustain him. His ultimate can be very good as well but is very situational as he can be easily killed in it, I find it's best used in chaotic situations in fairly encloses spaces.

@@Yokai_YuriOne tricks being good at a character is different from people not understanding the character, people sucked at Wolverine because he was a dps hero and on release we didn’t have the info on how his damage scales which very obviously shows him being a monster vs tanks. Widow is a extremely high ceiling character, sniper only players who land consistent headshots is not something majority of people can replicate, but Wolverine is fairly easy once you get an understanding of how he works. These characters couldn’t possibly be any different, Widow sucks vs tanks and has to have insane aim, Wolverine deletes tanks but if he dives backline he is likely hard inting.

the issue with cap is bad damage but his cooldowns are insanely *un*impactful but still have wildly long cooldowns, making him feel like he can jump in, achieve next to nothing and not have the cooldowns to run away again. I think halving his cooldowns would make him just good.

Buffing Cap's damage is a really bad idea. He's already borderline immortal when played correctly, give him consistent solo kill power and suddenly he's a menace. Cap is undervalued rn, a good Cap puts a lot of pressure on the enemy team and can contest points for a long time. Plus his ult is basically another support ult so having him meta just means even more unkillable teams.

Yeah I think he fits into all comps and probably shines the most as the duelist in a supportive team. Can flank easily and pick on his own with easy retreat. Can poke mindlessly from a safe position, even supporting a dive team as their abilities usually have one tap burst potential after an Iron Man volley. Unibeam is a solid 1v1 tool and tank buster, and his powered up state is great to have for any hard focusers on the enemy team, such as a Storm, who is a little scary as Iron Man, but if you strafe with SPACE and CTRL in that 1v1, you have an easier time with unibeam.

As a Storm main, yea I hate to say it but I agree, she is quiet crazy right now, so many Storm players have just appeared out of nowhere and I lowkey miss her being an under dog pick, I was still dominating with her before, but now she’s like a perma ban pick. I just really hope they either leave her alone, or just reduce how fast she gets her ult a bit, because I agree it is insane how fast she gets it.

Though to be fair, as it is now her ult generation is consistent with support ult generation. Feels like a Luna/mantis always have an ult to counter. They should also focus on nerfing those ults generation because her ult, while good, could become nothing more than a tool to draw out support ults and will be very difficult to secure kills. (I’d compare this to moon knight ult that also builds ridiculously fast and 100% kills through supp ults)

remember that his heals doesnt stack, and they take a while to pass through teammates if u place them good. that gives u a window of firing ur leftclick. and another thing about his leftclick, it is pretty good at shredding shields and groot walls. and punisher also just becomes crazy with the teamup.

Do you mean when you try to do damage your team dies? Or you try to ult and team dies? Either way I think they're either positioning like trolls or you're ignoring them for too long. If you aim your right click so it will heal and can bounce off a wall, come back to them again and continue healing. This gives a much larger window to deal damage while still healing your teammates.

I love being a Cap Lord. People respect me when they see it and know I’ll most likely do good. I rarely die more than 5 times a match and I get above 20 KO’s 90% of the time. I’m always bullying the opponent’s supports and ranged duelists. Whether people think he’s bad or good doesn’t matter to me because I’m always doing well with him and I’ve been winning games in solo queue. Cap should also be Decent tier minimum.

I agree Venom needs headshots to kill but rarely do healers just ignore the big goo man, creating an opportunity for the team to push in as the healers stop healing the tanks resulting in kills or the tanks backing up.

Strange, Hulk, and Magneto being obvious, Peni with the ridiculous damage and good cc, Groot with the walls and ult potiential, Thor with the amazing brawling power and ability to kidnap, and Venom with the backline disruption and nigh unkillability. I agree Cap does the same thing as Venom but Venom only needs to manage 2 cooldowns and hit his shots to be effective whereas Cap needs to manage all his cooldowns and his shield AND his improved attacks to get what Venom does for pressing two buttons and aiming good.

I switched from Spidey to Namor in a comp game, ended up dropping 68/9 while next elims was 45/17 on my team, everyone in the lobby had 13 deaths minimum, and say we had the 1 min in round 4 to capture the point on Klyntar, I got our Strange to TP direct to point, lobbed 2 turrets and the Luna Snow turret all around point, throw some spears, the squishies get melted. We lost because my team died too often, but Namor is intense! Very difficult to counter because mechanically you need to target multiple enemies just to prevent his value, but he has his invuln too!

I've seen so many tier lists and the ONLY one who ranked Iron Fist anything higher than garbage tier was Flats. Rank 1 could tell the whole world IF sucks, as long as they're stuck in Silver, they will not let go of it. Her skill ceiling is insanely high. I've been one tricking her as well, high elo. There's a ton of things you need to have in mind playing her, more than every other support. Of course she can be picked up and perform relatively well, but she demands a TON of mastery to truly shine.

She relies on her team being grouped up and having a strong frontline as she performs best when directly attacking into the frontline so she can heal and attack multiple people at once.

Mr fantastic is the bandaid hero for your team, if your team is high mobility diving in and you’re doing well, you shield your diver and apply pressure with them, the inverse is also true if your backline is being harassed you can be a protector. I think it’s thematically a great fit, he’s quite possibly the most flexible hero on the roster.

Like really. The game is kinda good obviously but for me its in the boring state. If i want to play ranked - i cant pick certain characters, like if i want to play racoon i am throwing. And i hate seeing this bs Luna + Mantis vs Luna + Mantis. I want Loki to be played because he is Loki, not because he is second Luna you know. I hate that i cant play Captain America and i have to switch to Strange each time with "Yes Honey" expression when my team starts looking sideways at me. I hate defensive ult meta, it makes a game so much systematic that its boring. Yeah there are some skill elements to it but its not like its fun type of skill. There is spiderman level of SKILL and FUN and there is Luna skill and "fun" in "i pop my ult in the right moment". So ranked is kinda you are locked in to play meta and i am the player who likes to play ALL characters and non meta heroes. Then there is QP, right? No. You never get healed and even though i love to play healers and do that often i cant do that ALL the time and obviously there are like 4 times less healers than all other characters and also i am sick of seeing them after ranked. At least i can play my low tier healers there. And also when you inevitably lose in qp since you are having fun you get your unskippable bot games and it just breaks my mood. I am not a hater but these are somewhat problems if you are the same type of guy as me who hates to stick to meta. Game forcing me to play Luna if Luna is unpicked and teammates blame me and even report me if i don't? Sorry, thats just wrong when there is no other game mode than ranked

42:14 I think rocket has one of the higher skill ceilings out of the supports. Definitely lower ceiling than loki and maybe invisible woman, but the potential of making good use of the bounces from his healing orbs, E timing and placement in order to revive who you want (with good awareness you can always revive your tank instead of it being wasted on a DPS that fed), using his wall crawl + dash tech (and effectively using his wall crawl normally) makes him very hard to master. Also, pure healbot is troll. His healing persists while you shoot. If you arent shooting while healing youre actively throwing.

I think Mr Fantastic's ult can be viable if used at the end of his tank form to extend his bonus health's duration. It still decays, but only down to 800 hp which is still alot so you can just harass the enemy team, and that's how I see Mr Fantastic. He doesn't deal good damage, but he just annoys the enemy team and doesn't die since he has combos that build up his elasticity super quickly. He is pretty bad at attacking on his own though, he dies instantly if he doesn't have a tank next to him and a strong healer to pocket him. He theoretically can't die when attacking with his team

With this meta, I have gotten tired of how strong supports are. Not only do their ults sorta counter a lot of ults, they just have so much utility and it's hard to shut them down them over all. Most supports just have the most completed kits while still dealing some pretty good damage. Seeing triple healers is just really annoying. I'm also annoyed at how much they overbuffed storm. She actively makes it even worse for melee. I knew people were sleeping on storm and she was "usable" but not amazing, just countered hard by hawkeye,namor and hela and her attacks were slow, but she had consistent damage. She wasn't REALLY bad persay, her counters were just too good. Now that she's gotten buffed, she's freaking busted and I hate it. Should have just been 1 or 2 of the buffs, mostly the animation speed. Her fast ults plus her lightning aoe somewhat threatens melee and her ult is really consistent. One of the better DPS ults that's harder to handle now. It's kind of unfortunate that I don't have many dps characters that I really like that are solid or don't feel buggy. I'm not HUGE on psylocke but she's really good, storm is too good and I don't like playing her, namor is fine so I play him, starlord, I feel too smoothbrain to do well on him, but I've been trying to get better. I like him mostly but most of the time I just flat out end up sucking at him. I want to love playing ironman more but I rarely get any hulks so I just don't get to enjoy Ironman. I'd love it if I wasn't forced to play with hulk. So i end up just playing support or tank.

Same with some other flankers. Not too bad to shut down a bp either. I'm not saying she's unstoppable, just very few weaknesses compared to others in this meta, in my experience. As well as less counters that are being actively played. Melees are so hard pressed right now that Storm gets to really thrive. Personally, her ult gets more kills and more effective than a lot of the Duelists. Not the BEST, but still really good for duelists. Which is who I'm comparing her to. I think over all, I get a lot more value out of her than starlord since I can still easily get stopped as starlord and less likely to get stopped as storm with ult. Also, not nearly as easy to shut down her ult compared to most other duelists in my experience. Yes, her damage is a lot more consistent and less burst compared to others, I think that's good for assisting kills and being effective as a team player. She may not be the biggest final killer, but she is definitely effective at applying pressure because of her damage which I also see support pushing damage less since I'm putting them on defensive a bit more with my damage as storm. I mostly just feel more effective on defense.

One of the qualities of Rocket and why I think he should be in Quite Good is that you can heal long distances without needing to aim well, you can bounce your shots and heal your allies efficiently from safe places and when a mele dive is looking for you, you can escape easily in most situations through the walls, the revival if you hide it well can help the team a lot and because you heal a lot and very often you can abuse the ulti to make your whole team more dangerous with the damage they generate, and Punisher turret + ammo buff from Rocket is so good for defense maps

i feel like namor squids should be tweaked in a way where u can sneak up behind them and they won’t immediately snap 180 and start shooting you. only when ur in LOS of the squids is when they’ll start shooting you. they should be projectile but not slow asf it should be fast enough to hit you if ur walking but not fast enough to hit you when ur dashing/flying across the map. this adds layers to namor. he could position a squid towards his support so it protects them in case of a dive and another squid fighting in the front. but they should not under any circumstance snap immediately like they know where u are 24/7 they’re organic creatures not a turret with a sonar radar on their skull. only when namor hits his right click on someone is when they should immediately snap to the target he’s attacking.

rocket definately goes into quite good, people really underselling his teamup with punisher/winter solider (both of them got buffed), the ammo pack is basically its own ultimate with a 40s cd and 10sish duration, the revive might get picked off at high elo but part of being a good rocket player is knowing when to put it in the back or place it right before someone is about to die, the ult isnt good compared to other support ults but you start to get diminishing returns when you run defensive ults, you need to communicate when to use each defensive ult and they gain value based off how many ults they mitigate from the enemy team, just using a defensive ult to push doesnt gain nearly as much value as using it to first counter an enemy ult then push, those games where you have luna+mantis ults b2b, the other team just waits them out then uses their own ult which cant get countered now and those defensive ults dont gain value rocket's ult also combos very nicely with some dps ults that can potentially one shot luna/mantis ults, something like a namor/punisher ult can now potentially kill those healers through their ult and no one talks about this

In the games I have been playing I find that w the infinite ammo I can, as punisher, shred a tank down depsite them getting pocketed, and as rocket I find just throwing down his ult whenever I have it for a fight is enough to turn a fight in my favor. Also I get it really quickly almost every 3rd or 4th fight at the latest.

He is kinda right in his assessment of warlock, every other supports are self sufficient on their own, if a dive character jump on a warlock and no teammate to rely on he is done. Compare it to the other support, jeff can run and hide, same with rocket, loki can go invisible, use his runes and teleport with his clones. CnD can cloak and her aoe heal can save her. Mantis and luna both have great movement, cc and busted ult. Invisible woman can go invisible, push/pull ally/enemy and has an aoe pull/slow damage ability. Every healer has a way to survive and fight another day except him. Warlock is the sore thumb right now and just as he said its better to have an ult to make your teammate stay alive in the first place than giving them a second chance with not even full HP.

@ it’s less about getting picks (which it can do well too) but the fact that you can really effectively create pressure with it. If you push the enemy team with Mr fantastic you can dmg like 3 people on the enemy team at once. Plus his hip thrust, combined with his grab, and the fact that his cleave is really easy to hit makes him great against flying characters which just makes him better because storm is meta rn. Additionally he’s really good at pressuring triple supports with it because he can damage all 3 of them at the same time where other dps struggle which is also meta rn

Peni and Thor can consistently have the highest or one of the highest damage outputs in a match, Peni if played right is capable of putting out nefarious amounts of damage, Thor as well can be pretty nasty if you combo his melee with his throws and make proper use of his E, also his F gives him great single target ranged damage, allowing him to tackle flyers or pesky supports who're out of his melee range.

My suggestion for the 4 problematic supports: Luna: Cut the healing in half (125 healing per second), allow her to float up and down very slowly during the ult, cut the duration by a second. Also nerf her hp to 250, no idea why it was buffed. Mantis: Cut healing in half (75 healing per second), grant a larger initial healing boost (like an explosion of healing instead of just 8 seconds of invincibility), and nerf her health to 250 because there was no reason to buff it. C&D: Cut the healing in half (110 healing per second), double the damage (60 dps), make it easier to tell where the spell field is for both enemies and allies. IW: Cut healing in half (80 healing per second), maybe nerf the slow, and that's it. Maybe a cooldown increase on her CCs, and MAYBE a health nerf to 250 (seriously what is it with skinny ladies and 275 hitpoints?) Basically, just cut it in half and it's suddenly pretty balanced.

Adam warlock ult can reverse the use of multiple ults from the other team. His dps allows me to make picks on enemy carries consistently as well. Hard character to play well and definitely serves some situations better than others.

Yeah i was gonna say the BP nerf isn't to bad...but the dash bugs be crippling him so bad. Also it hink one small buff is maybe making his E CC immune? That or give it like a deflect properties.

Racc is a comp dependent pick. If you are not running 3 supports, or if the match has a server admin, the Rez beacon let's your DPS have a second chance to fight the Hela without needing a full reset to get a 6v6

Thor for me, best solo cue Tank, because he can act as dps. His alt clears people off an objective, and not many know his lightning does damage before it lands. Other than that you can play super aggressively with him, his Mjolnir dash is insane for when Bucky's or Wolverines try to dash you or pull you in, you just swipe them back and pop his E. Also he hits through Magneto's and Strange's shields with his hammer, can shoot healers into your teammates if you get behind them with the dash, and has a dome that slows down enemies. Really good all round character, and has the bonus of so many team-ups for teammates.

People forget about hulk and wolverine’s team up the hulk can just throw the wolverine frontline and fully protect him enough to get out if he misses a grab with his bubble. And the ult grouping multiple people is good for hulks clap and punch

With how dominant Iron Man and Storm are I think Punisher in your back pocket can come in handy

Punisher is just straight up bad to counter flyers, sustain is too high and most maps have a good amount of corners they can hug that are very safe to use. If they get pocketed your damage is just nullified

I feel like thor is being slept on tbh. The strange mag meta is big and thor counters it, especially with his hammer throw burst damage weaving. Strange and Mag can't shield his hits which puts major pressure on them because they can't just put their hands up and shield. His awakening is insane against supports as well, ive killed supports in 1 second or less just popping it near them. His ult being CC immune now is good even if the ult itself ain't the best, sometimes it can cause supports to pop their ults tho, which is great.

Tier lists also different on consoles. I play on both, but heroes like hawkeye and hela are drastically less effective because of slow aiming, while heroes like moon knight or squirrel girl would likely be higher.

I play Iron Fist, I think if the kick reset on elim it would be a good buff. Allows him to dive and confirm a kill without losing all escape.
