NOTE: I should've explained item variance. It has two meanings but for this video: Once you have a build you can basically run it every game with minimal changes (just based on enemy team and game state) and that's what I intended to mean by 'low item variance' HOWEVER that does not preclude the option of a vast array of item DIVERSITY (also can be called Item Variance) that is available to a champion. See Volibear/Kha'Zix/Warwick etc.. you can build a lot of different items on them but if you have a build you love you can run it 99% of the time with minimal changes. Zyra for example Liandries default is fine but in reality you should, and I encourage you, to adapt based on enemy comp with runes + items. I hope that clears it up!

I used to think that new Mundo wasn't capable of jungling after the rework, but after playing him to success and loving all of his voicelines (and probably more lore eventually) I've just been able to enjoy the champion and not be obsessed with 100% viability.

You know I've been experimenting a bit with my options and found Jhingle to be a very effective counter pick to many ganking junglers, and on top of that he can gank bot/top from his own gromp.

I was a kindred jungle main and when I left the jungle I started playing them adc. Now that I'm back in the jungle I've been seeing other champions to play. It's unfortunate there is a lack of marksman junglers, it's my favorite class... One champion I have really enjoyed is Lillia though. She has strong mid-late game, she's ap, she wants to come in and out of fights (similar to how I would kite with a marksman). I also like evelyn but I'm not great on assassins and I don't like not being able to do much against tanks. What I dislike about them though is that they need kinda need their level 6 to gank safely. When I play Kindred I like to be aggressive both in jungle and in lane, yet still have that massive late game potential

Once you get good with Lillia E her ganks are actually really strong, if you land or throw a good E you can usually force a flash. As long as you don't miss your E right away you have a decent amount of gank pressure, unless you can guarantee it it's usually better to hold onto it and keep them scared. Using minions to activate the E splash is really important as well and lets you land E in a lot more situations. It's a lot like Nidalee spear or Elise cocoon in that respect: they are vital abilities that are huge threats, but their champs are basically useless without them. It's usually better to hold onto them and keep the threat than take the 30% chance it'll land from fog. As the game goes on you'll be taking a lot more long range potshots, but in the early game you cannot afford to miss it.

Master Yi doesn’t pay well. He is trash above Gold I would say and can only pop off if the enemy doesn’t have much cc. He is very 0/10 or 10/0 type of champion basically.

After a bunch of halfhearted attempts over the years, I'm now committed to learning this game and jungle speaks to me most. I unlocked many champions and tried most of them a few times. Hecarim is my main for now. I his theme, and kit, his non-targeted aoe Q and self healing. I'm basically trying to find more champions like him to learn in case Heca is banned or it's not a good matchup (but that's something I'm still learning. So far the others I like are Skarner, Fiddlesticks and Xin Zhao :)

Hi! I'm coming back to league and your videos are helping a lot. Love them. Jungler has always been my fave position and it's the One that's brought me More wins. I Love the control it gives me over the Game. That's why my second role is mid, because I can gank top or bottom and be impactful on the game. The jungle has changed so much and I'm Still a Little Bit lost trying to get my times, xp and clears up to date. My playstyle is aggresive. I like to gank, I like to counterjungle, I like to pressure and I like to be impactful in the game. I like to control the early to mid game, choose the better player on my team and feed them. I Am also a macro player, I like objective control, Deny resources to the enemy jungler and team. I Am definetely not an skilled player, I play with my brain More Than with my hands. Early fast clears are important to me because all of this. I used to main Hecarim with relatively good success. He has an amazing early gank, a great aggresive style and When I gank from the Other Side of the map it feels like "The Valkyries" Is playing. I also enjoyed Nunu in seasons... 2-3? When he was a beast of counterjungle, with him There was not an enemy jungle, but *our* jungle. I also Have played a lot of shaco for the mindgames, absolutely disgusting, I Love him. With that in mind, what junglers would you recommend for this season? I like playing with the meta, I'm not a full tryhard, but for me having fun means playing well, winning or looking. When i started i played nunu jg and i tried to pick a second jungler so i clicked on the assasin bar and tristana is a marksman/assasin so i played her in the jungle. Actually did well with her and it didnt matter if my clearspeed was slow because the enemies didnt even have a jungler. I would get a leash on first buff take w and gank bot/mid. Then steal the wave my teamates didnt care unless they were smurfing. It took me 1 week for a friend to tell me she was an adc. I now play a lot of graves and kindred. Although i think riot should make her into a jungler with e buffs to jungle camps and give her a small ms boost.

Hey virkayu, i realized that in my low bob elo matches i cant bring my lead to close the game. I understand how to take down the tier 1 and 2 with the herald but how do you finish from that point especially when playing a squishy assassin (in my case often kha, kayn or rengar). My main problem is that it feels like i am always the only one that tries to push the tier 3 meanwhile my team is vegetating in midlane and not realizing that they didnt start an aram game

After a lot of thought i ended up narrowing my pool to: Elise, Rek'sai, Kayn, Evelynn and Warwick. Basically Elise/Rek'sai AP/AD early/mid (even tho reksai can do well in late imo) Kayn/Eve AD/AP mid/late additionally Kayn can be the KING RHAAST (which i prefer) and Evelynn I did OTP her on end of S8 to 10 so I play her so naturally. Lastly Warwick rounds up the weaknesses of the team as a good blind pick alongside Rek'sai or counterpick if theres a champion that counters the other 3/4.

I have been looking for a Jungler that I can play. I uslay play support but you need at least one champ you can do for each lane. Irvern checks all of the boxes for me but he is harder to play and learning to jungle while learning a harder play means a very steep learning curve.

I've got more mastery on Sejuani than anything else, but whilst I have a decent win rate with her this season, I'm not quite feeling it, and don't really control games like I did a few years back. My strongest junglers right now are probably Rammus and Hecarim, with Poppy, Trundle and Shyvana all being situationally good. I also enjoy Vi and Evelynn, but struggle to find consistency with them.

He's not the greatest jungle. Though I've really been enjoying Brand since AP Nunu got nerfed. I think early game is really weak and you depend on your team a little more for rotates at the start of the game. Though his mid to late game is superb, his clears are fast, he has really good cc and team fights he's amazing, cc, damage on all the enemy champions and his R is free kills and peel.

I want: Vi, Poppy, Diana, Talon, Evelynn, Hecarim, Lillia and Rek'Sai. BUT anything that can be played as Top, I can "avoid" and save for Top. Except Poppy, since Poppy is love. I'll Probably "Master" Diana, Rek'Sai and Evelynn. Feed Time!

@@virkayu Honestly, I appreciate you. Was a top main and kept getting auto filled JG. With the dodge penalties now being worse i'm forced to play jg and your channel has helped me loads. Picked up kha'zix to go with my kindred and always ban graves :)
