So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

Wow, this is amazing Brad - just what I "needed" (lol!). I recently got back with my ex following a very emotional breakup. I'd done a lot of tapping to get over him and was feeling strong and indifferent towards him. He got back in touch and we started dating again and decided to get back together. Then I started to get all emotional, fearful and worried. I was worried I would push him away again like I did before. The more I worried, the more "needy" I felt. Tapping through this video made me smile because I realised I DON'T NEED him or the relationship to be happy. I was happy before I met him and I can be happy with or without him. I now feel free to be in the relationship! Thank you

Great! We are now engaged. We are stronger as a couple and as individuals. It has not been easy, there have been bumps in the road but we are both self-aware and willing to work on it and ourselves. I still use tapping to deal with my issues. Overall, the relationship is wonderful.

I too am struggling through my own issues as I approach something I see as having substance - a relationship. Most of the time I'm in my own way. And in the way of it growing naturally as I am trying to get what I "need" to be able to - ... feel safe, wanted, secure. Learning to be patient With Myself - is the key. I'm trying too hard to make it solid right now! Its just been a few months and what I loved the most was here we are now in a pandemic and while everything was closed and shut down we zoomed, and talked on the phone for hours and hours for 2 months straight. I want to be assured right now - that I'm wanted, needed(!), so I can feel safe allowing myself to be open and vulnerable to the relationship. and I'm scared. What I really "need" to do is step back and breathe. Let it evolve. and breathe some more. Its the one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life. He's worth the effort it takes to change my need to control the outcome for my safety. He, is my teacher. As am I.

i thought i "needed" him to feel ( loved / accepted / nurtured / satisfied ) i simply couldn't imagine having those feelings with anyone else , or by myself because ive lived a difficult life so far so his ( very little ) love was the best ive ever had .. but i know i deserve way better . & i can find better . if not in others than in myself . and i allow myself to finally release him & let go of this perceived need towards him . so i can be free and find ppl ( including me ) that truly make me feel loved and satisfied . :b

This is literally the only meditation you ever need because most of our challenges spring from a sense of need (aka lack mindset). When we can release our attachment to whatever it is that we feel we need (control, money, love, etc.) we are then free...we are safe...we are at peace with whatever IS. We can then just BE. ❤🙏🏼💖

Well.. I was tapping to get rid of the attachment and neediness for the presence of someone in my life and I decided while tapping to let go of the need for a major goal that can change my whole life, a month ago there was a big challenge that stopped me from going for it and today it’s gone!! ✨ This is so powerful and Brad you’re already changing our lives in a way you might never know.. love and gratitude from Bahrain ♥️

I sometimes think this really is the biggest hitch to our freedom! Such a subtle yet strong program we all have running through our lives, and what beautiful Joy it is when we simply let go the need to control the outcome in order to be happy. When all the while it's the other way round!!! Thank you Brad 😊

As I tapped on a certain outcome I was holding the tension of need with, I realized I was holding this tension not for the fear of what the outcome meant about me, but for the fear of how a certain outcome may change my view of this person. Then I tapped on my fear of needing to view this person that way....very helpful 👍💜 AND that letting go of the need for something is not the same as letting go of hope for it.....there’s more to uncover there I sense 😁
