You can heal them and feel so much more freedom. In this video we won’t just talk about healing them, we’ll actually do a tapping round on it. Tapping is another name for EFT, The Emotional Freedom Technique. A very powerful tool to release fears, emotions and stored trauma.

✅ About Paulien Timmer - Healing the fearful avoidant.
The way you feel right now is not the way you are. If you want more freedom, calm, love, and peace in your head, body, and life, it is absolutely possible. You are not too broken.

After spending 14 years healing the fearful avoidant attachment style, I am beyond passionate and dedicated to getting you to where I am now: living a life true to myself, waking up feeling rested and peaceful. Deeply in love with my husband, and looking forward to the future. This is what life is supposed to be like, and it is my honor to help you get there.

In the past 7 years, I have guided over 2000 people through my Dutch programs (I am from the Netherlands), to a secure attachment and happy relationship. Over the past year and a half, another 150 beautiful people have been through the English program Healed&Happy. I love seeing how lives can change within three months, and how NORMAL it can feel to have a secure attachment. I wish you so much joy, pleasure, and love.

because trauma becomes you; it's stored in your muscles, energy field, mind, emotions, etc... i love this holistic way of releasing trauma and not relying on just talk therapy

I felt MASSIVE anxiety before the tapping and now I feel super calm and grounded. I cry every tapping session, this time it was “somebody is always upset with me” I deeply feel that. Like I can’t make everybody happy and I’m not perfect. And deeply I care about everybody but how I push them away and don’t know how to explain it and hurt them. Finding out I’m a fearful avoidant and that I can heal it is life changing and gives a lot of hope. I never knew why I was so complicated in relationships. I had healed the physical and verbal abuse from childhood so much I didn’t want to use it as an excuse for not being great at relationships at 30 years old. And yet this has been such a helpful tool! I can’t wait for your course in English!

I cried. This is my first time doing this particular one and I remembered when my mom was highly critical of me I could never do something and it will be appreciated and now I live with her and my grandma and I see where my mom got it. My grandma always nit picks at my mom and my mom looks sad and from then she’ll push herself harder. Although my mom was more gentle than how my grandma did to her I realize that this is all trauma and it can be let go of. I don’t allow her word get to me again because I know she’s acting the only way she ever could and I don’t try to uphold to her perfectionist standards which makes her so mad but I don’t really stress my brain again. I feel so blessed to have seen your channel please never stop posting you are helping people like me. This particular tapping was extremely releasing. I felt so sad but relieved. Thank you❤

Thank you this was perfect for me. Growing up everything I did was wrong. From the age of 9-18 I raised my 9 siblings almost single handedly (especially from 13 upwards). I washed cooked and cleaned our 6 bedroom home whilst my narcissistic mother partied and self medicated her issues with drink and drugs. Everything I did was wrong. I could never get to her standard of acceptance. If I cooked, cleaned, washed the clothes there was always something wrong. She would become verbally and/or physically aggresive and abusive with me so I always felt unsafe. I grew up into a perfectionist. Who always felt the need to be perfect, never happy with myself or my results. It's been a long painful journey. But since I found EFT it's been helping to release the stagnant, stuck trauma energy from my body. I feel so much lighter. There's still work to do but thanks to you and other eft coaches my life is changing for the better 🙏🏽✨💖🤗

@whiteoaksroad
@whiteoaksroad 2 жыл бұрын
@@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870 Hi Paulien, any topic you cover on fearful avoidant healing would be great to have a tapping video about : fear of rejection, abandonment, loss of control, the core wounds, fear of intimacy, feeling out of control of your intense emotions/inability to regulate emotions/being too reactive, fear of being alone, how to “fill your own cup” so you don’t need to feel okay only through another person, not feeling good enough as just yourself/the idea you need to earn love. I’ve been doing some tapping videos I’ve found online that are more generic, but it would be great to have you do ones specific to FA. Also the way you look at camera and your voice is so sincere while you are doing the tapping - it’s really helpful! Thank you so much for all of your videos. They are an incredible resource!1

I'm just scared that I won't heal and keep feeling like I am disgusting, unlovable, weak and cringey as all my childhood they made me feel these way. As someone being called fat and ugly all my teenage years I thought being pretty is the solution but no matter how pretty I got I still feel disgusting sometimes and that I'm unlovable. When I feel confident I talk to people with such humour and everyone loves it but than again little things starts to make me feel triggered so badly that I went into crash state and I started fearing people. Sometimes I just wanna give up . Yesterday I was at the lowest point of my life but I watched your videos and that comforted me that I'm not alone and that you have healed yourself I can too. I get horrible nightmares and just can't sleep or relax . Can I ask you how long it took EF tapping to work for healing? I need hope.

The script: "Even though I always feel like I'm doing something wrong, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. I'm doing something wrong, even when I don't know it. People could point it out and they could get angry and I would be unsafe. I'm always doing something wrong and I always find out later. I'm so scared of doing something wrong. I don't want to, but it feels like I just can't help myself. There is always someone unhappy with me. I feel so guilty because of it. I want to do it right and so often I try so hard. And I just can't seem to get it right. I always do something wrong, even when I don't know it. I hate that feeling. I can feel it in my body now. That feeling of always doing something wrong. And I am open to letting it go. Because maybe it's not true. Maybe I'm not always doing something wrong. Maybe it just felt that way. Because someone was always unhappy when I was younger. But maybe that wasn't my fault. And I was actually doing things right. Just being myself. Being a wonderful, perfect child. Exactly as a child is. Maybe it wasn't my fault. And maybe it's okay to make mistakes. And being met with understanding and loving kindness when I do make a mistake. That's going to be my new normal. I allow that in. It's okay to make mistakes. And it's okay to still receive love when I do. That's normal and that's healthy. So, I'm choosing that as my new normal. And I'm releasing this fear of always doing something wrong. I release it out of my body and out of my system. And I allow understanding and loving kindness in. Because I deeply love and accept myself. Even when I make mistakes, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

Hi Pauline, Why do you say ‘I am always doing something wrong’? I’m curious to know as it sounds like that’s wiring in what I don’t want. Thank you 🤓🙏🏼
@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870
@paulientimmer-healingthefe9870 Жыл бұрын
You don't wire that in! You neutralize the negative associations that are stuck to that belief, so you end up letting it go. Your body doesn't want to hold on to negative beliefs, it only does that out of protection. So when you release or neutralize the negative associations around it, it is released!

I did EFT for the first time yesterday, following a video on a different channel and i felt very emotional when doing it and my anxiety went up. I did this just before bed. When i woke up the in the morning, i felt great! Which i haven't felt in months, after going through a break up from a toxic relationship. Following your video, this time, same thing happened again. Feeling emotional, but this time the muscles in my jaw and around my throat tightened. I also feel like i've got a mild headache after i've stopped tapping. Does that mean it is working? I'm hoping to wake up feeling even better.

It can definitely mean it is working/something is happening! Make sure you drink enough water and allow yourself the rest you need. Also, take it slow and when results go up and down, that's normal. Doesn't mean it's not working anymore!
