As someone who recently started to play Warframe, it got me quite speechless in dissbelief that this game do not have ingame auction house. Could be technical issue, not sure just a wild guess, but I find it hillarious. Yet a friend shown me the website page, and it went buttery smooth. So far peoples were nice and had patience (yes, it took me a bit to figure things out, first time trading >.>).

My common way to get plat is to just farm Aya before the next Prime resurgence drops. Whatever resurgence relics the relay people need, I provide...6 for 30p. When I REALLY need plat I equip the mod called, "Primed Paypal."

It was the same for me, but after a while I got used to the game and started learning and having so much fun once I was able to get new Warframes. If you can, give it a bit of time, don't be afraid to join public groups for various Starchart missions and try to do the quests you already have available. Most importantly, do not rush for anything, the content will still be there even if it takes you longer to get to it.

I can confirm that selling new primes absolutely works. I caught the Khora prime release last year and made about 800 platinum in a few hours. Just keep your standing high around the release of a new prime and blow it all on relic packs. You should be able to get quite a few of the relics and might be able to grind up multiple sets during that crazy high price period.

The first riven I got was for the stahlta and had crit damage, multishot and slash damage. I told my friend about it (who uses stahlta a LOT) and he bought for 100 plat. I feel like that was a good way to start selling stuff lol

Limbo is a great Key carrier btw. You dash and are immune to everything that tries to attack you, and you're bullet jumping anyways so you don't care about the movement speed debuff. Every time I go Corrupted Mod farming, I take all 4 keys on myself and let my teammates go wild.

Don't socket ayatans. Sell them empty. People want them for nightwave missions, which require you to fully socket 3, so that's fifteen platinum for a set, and then you can chuck your stars at maroo. If you do have fifteen platinum to spend on something like this you're probably far enough into the game that you can get them by yourself but plenty of people don't like doing the treasure hunts and would rather buy them. Also, if you like exploration but don't like the treasure hunts, keep an eye out during any mission you're in, I just found an ayatan on the corpus ice planet tile set

From my Experience: The most wanted ayatan statue is the Anasa statue which is a very common drop from sorties (and archon hunts). So if you are upset at getting an Anasa keep in mind that your reward is basically 10 platinum The most consistent way to get a lot of plat for me is to sell the fully maxed zariman arcanes (mainly Augmented, Reconstruct, Efficiency and Flare). Can be worth from 100pl to ~180pl Instead of selling prime junk i look up how many parts and of what rarity i require to complete the entire prime set and decide to buy the remaining parts from other players to than sell it as the full set or not. Usually you gain more than lose platinum if you do it that way The most valuable riven junk are the ones with the lowest disposition like the Felarx, Phenmor, Arca Plasmor, Cedo and so on. Can be worth for ~60 to 90 plat

Meaning that you can just dm someone, go to their dojo or vice versa, and do the trade. And for the record you can just copy paste the trade message, so no need to start any conversation. I don't even have an account on the market (I'll get one, because I feel bad not bumping people's reputation) You give em their item, and they give you the plat.

All he wants is the item, I do understand the issues socializing, but in general just make sure that if its a mod that its leveled as requested per the market. And outside of that, just trade and say "thank you :D / nice trading with you!" for etiquette, and you're good to go. There's no "boost" nor advantage from trading with an more experience player. Good thing is that the market provides a copy paste, so you don't have to make up your own message. sorry I'm making this a long reply I just drank about half a liter of coffee and I need to use this energy somehow. But yeah, in short don't worry about it, warframe has a generally nice community, and all my trades have gone well so far. (I'm relatively new to the game as well)

the thing about trading is, you need to find someone that WANTS to buy your item, with the agreed price, i prefer the auto selling auction house like in albion, where you can just leave your stuff in the market and people will be able to buy your item even when you're offline

Join a random one for now, just ask in the recruitment channel. You can then travel to the clan's dojo and utilize the clan dojo's research labs. These labs allow you to create blueprints for weapons and warframes. You just buy the blueprints directly from the labs for only credits. In a very general sense, dojo weapons are the first real power spike over the weapon blueprints you can get off the market.

Go to the recruit chat and ask if there is a clan that needs members. Or, often clans will post that they are recruiting. It's really pretty easy. Now, finding a clan that fits your style could be different.

Hey, I'd say as a new player you better go for the Relic method that I showed rather than selling Ayatans. It's easier to do as a new player and you also need the Endo from the Ayatans yourself in the early game 😉

games like this, specifically warframe, are meant to be grinded bro, that's why it has a trading system for the in-game currency which you use to buy whatever you spend real money on. there's literally nothing more to warframe than grinding, and "look at my fancy ass", and people can tell if you've cut corners or grinded simply by your MR and equipment. if you're a MR3 with a wisp prime that has market skins, everyone knows you never played to get that, you just dug into your bank account for it; which isn't a problem if that's your thing, i just don't see a point in playing a game designed to be grinded if you're not gonna grind. it completely eliminates the fun and excitement. you may as well go and stand in the street with gucci on head-to-toe, and hold a sign saying "look at me, i wear gucci". not being a d*ck, just giving you an analogy of what spending real money in warframe is like.

great video only thing i would say. Prime junk doesn't mean any bronze or low value items . They are items that never get vaulted. EX burston prime braton prime fang prime .... the reason you dont wanna sell the other items is they will eventually go up in price after a vaulting. just my opinion tho

True, things that will be vaulted increase in price. However you'll have to be a bit patient. If you need plat now and don't have anything else going on, you light want to still dump your bronze stuff if it's currently not valuable ^^ Thank you for the nice feedback aswell ❤️

Weapons achieved from Alerts or Events automatically come with a slot. Do the Nightwatch quest! Often it will grant you a weapon or warframe slot within the first 10 ranks and some more later...

This is a good guide! Most of these are all the ways that I started making plat once I hit mr 12 or so. I see a lot people asking questions along the line of "how do I know what to sell?" The answer is simple: watch some high level build videos and google where those mods you see in the build drop from. Go get them!

A good way is to get something like Alecaframe, you open it before the game and it can look at your items and tell you how much its worth according to warframe market statistics. It can tell you like oh rank 5 wildfire has sold for 20plat or a little less or that prime part is currently being sold for 10plat. Sold a lot of prime duplicates this way
