The vasca. It helps with tanking, especially if you put link mods on. The more durable you are, the more durable it is. And that it can self heal which I think stacks with mods that add companion lifesteal, even sacrificing a portion of its health to raise you. Sadly I don't have many damage mods for kavats though. Or any other mods like the Synth or Tek series'

Coming back from a 5 year hiatus and the merger between my PC and Ps4 account, I have completely neglected my companions. Im at a point where my mods are upgraded well and my warframes are strong but still not enough damage (MR 12). I will now have to look into these companions because last i played no one ever put so much investment in companions. Thank you so much for the video!

Just a correction. Tenacious bond doesn't give a 20% crit damage boost after calculations. It gives EXACTLY 1.2x crit damage after calculations. IE if your weapon does 10x crit damage it'd become 11.2x, not 12x. And if your weapon does 2x crit damage it'd become 3.2x, not 2.4x.

Lookslike bite mod is famous here, dont buy on the market, just do the cache mission. Plus, buying nautilius on market that cost 75plat is more worth it cuz it comes with upgraded orokin reactor n catalyst for the weapon.

Huras Kubrow’s signature ability to cloak works the exact same way as shade. If you want to use a Kubrow or some of the other companion mods the space dog is a great option. I use mine it all the time for a 100% invisible slash dash excalibur build and just general use with saryn.

The difference is shade barely even works half the time since for some reason it'll randomly stop cloaking me even when im not attacking whlie with the huras kubrow Im invisible for about 90% of the time. Until de fixes the ghost mod on shade I highly recommend you avoid using it unless it's for Mr points

Shade is fantastic for frames that have a long casting time. I use him on Nekros and I never have to worry when I summon Shadows. He never fails to make me invisible long enough to get my shadows out.

@@00Grimreaper00 is it in the first slot? it turns off when no enemies are within range and it as an 8 second cooldown. It also has no duration timer. If you can't figure out how to make it work for you, just use something else.

Shade feels buggy and inconsistent to me. I would use it more if it actually worked properly for now I just use the huras kubrow if I ever wanted free invisibility or just another sentinel

I know one of the biggest draw backs before was having your pet die early when on a longer mission type and you had to pick up all your own loot with no vacuum effects going on and no loot detector. which is a real nice quality of life improvement to the game now

Diriga is extremely good in tandem with Vorunas Lycath's Hunt since the duration gets extended when you hit enemies with 4 or more sratuses

A flex mod you could add to Diriga could be Mystic Bond. Due to Manifold Bond's companion ability cooldown, Mystic Bond will be giving your Frame free ability casts for days

Yeah, I was a big fan of gas proc Dethcube before and after the companion changes, but Mystic Bond's synergy with Arc Coil is so much more powerful than achance for orbs, and might even outpace Arcane Energize. Honestly, I think DE might give Mystic Bond a cooldown on the free abilities to compensate.

as far as i understand tenacious bond you'll get a flat 1.2 crit multi to your weapon. for example if you modifie your weapon to have a crit multi of 4x tenacious bond adds 1.2x so you have 5.2x. i could be wrong but thats how i would interpret it.

That's what the mod screen says when you have it equiped so you're probably right. I think it's a pretty nice effect because it helps non-crit weapons the most, which definetely need it Between it and things like Arcane Avenger and Cat's eye you can get decent crits on anything

I've left my attack mod (assault mode) on Diriga and can confirm Artax is doing both the normal freeze beam and the electric shock. Weirdly it's now killing lvl16 enemies without me even firing my gun, which is a huge thing until I can get a Helstrum.

Correct. Without Assault Mode they don't shoot. The electro zap is considered a skill and therefore works even without Assault Mode. You're free to use any weapon you want indeed. Just make sure to slap on as many different elements as you can ;)

Depends, Helstrum is dispo at Fortuna moa vendor. If you have enough standing and fortuna element, just the 12h craft time. If not, it can be a few weeks (note that it's not the only reason to farm fortuna so you can gain others things while farming it).

If you're still not sure how to get Bite, it drops from Feral Kubrows on Earth maps! Equip a weak, unmodded secondary gun and shoot Kubrow dens with it (just once or twice, until the pups come out) and carefully/lovingly murder the poor things...Rinse and repeat, this is why the weaker weapon so you don't demolish the den too fast, until the dens you find stop spitting out Kubrows. It can also drop from Drahks, Kuva Drahks, and Corrupted Drahks (basically, the Grineer attack dogs that follow a Houndmaster around) - and it can be obtained from opening all three caches from a Sabotage Mission, Cervantes, on Earth

What is an issue you’re running into while playing? Killing? Energy? Staying alive? Grouping enemies? Loot? Fishing? Companions can help with pretty much anything but not everything at once so you gotta identify what you want.

If there are no enemies within 24 meters, the invisibility turns off and there's an 8 second cooldown before it comes back on.

Yeah, I sometimes also feel like there might be some sort of hidden line of sight mechanic to this aswell... For example in that scene where I'm fighting an Arctic Eximus on that little bridge and then he falls down. In that moment my invisibility breaks even though he's probably still within 24m... However, I still think in high level SP this invisibility (albeit inconsistent) can be a great addition to Shield Gating ;)

Meanwhile Vizier predasites being a walking medic for anything that has a healthbar, even your necramech (too bad some overrated invested companion cant do that, plus idk if vulpaphyla can even use mecha mods) Either way i rather have a Medic companion over the oversted vulpaphyla, who can also heal itself.

Yeah exactly my question. Other youtubers describe it as a quite tedius search and then you not only have to find it you also have to lead enemies to attack it and make yourself invisible so the enemies stop attacking you and attack the panzer instead... Sounds pretty hard to do in my opinion...

Why does your Harrow have no shields? I’ve seen it before, but I’ve always assumed nightmare missions. Now I’ve seen it on the Zariman, I’m not so sure.
