When grinding for Plastids at a low level, you can also do bounties in Cetus, as one of the common rewards for the easiest quests is 200xPlastids

hydroid with pilfering swarm, and a nekros will do the trick much much better.... if you have access to them that is, otherwise just solicit a friend or clanmate for it, theres often people around thatll do it for free just because theyre bored.

I would highly suggest Garuda to anyone able to farm her. She's entirely self-sufficient with little to no investment, and if you get to later game with her she's one of the few warframes with enemy-scaling damage which means no matter how tanky an enemy is you'll always do about the same amount of damage. On top of this, if you can pick up the mod Quick Thinking early, as well as a Flow, you can make yourself functionally invulnerable to all early game enemies.

But it's hard to farm her in the Orb Vallis. It's much easier to buy her prime parts as a beginner than farming her normal parts/resources

started as excalibur, got gara prime from tennocon stream, and then I rushed getting Ember because I wanted to set things on fire (and because I think that frame is hot, literally) and it’s easily my new favorite frame basically free long duration damage reduction with 2, wide AoE armor stripping/low level mook cleanup with 3, and room clearing nuclear fire with 4 it’s a bit late for a starter frame as it’s unlocked at the end of saturn unless you shell out 10 bucks, but the nuking potential is worth the wait

I remember I was doing Circulus on Lua (Which is level 80-100 for any unaware) to test out a build and I ran into someone who was obviously just there to finish off the planet, they where like MR 8 and still rocking a Rhino. It's a great frame, definitely worth getting, but by then it might be time to switch it up. Not that Rhino can't work in end game, but in Survival I think there's better frames, I hope they find some other frames they like.

i think there is one you missed out on. that is the first queen of the game... mag, she basically is a meatgrinder that will get you from first mission on the star chart to the last mission on the star chart without much troubles. she has overshield and bubbles to work as a two tiered defensive set up. her bubbles also make it so you can be braindead with your aim and just shoot anywhere on it. her third ability completely melts enemies and the shrapnel you can place them inside bubbles to make for an even greater meat grinder. her 4th stuns enemies and deals 3 ticks of dmg in a very wide radious. i cannot express how underrated she is.

I am so happy to keep seeing the Warframe community be as welcoming as ever. For me, there were THREE Warframe's that were key to my beginner phase in this beautiful game: Mesa Prime, my first prime. Mesa is just good. If a beginner can get her through Relics it's a must. The second one and one of my most played frames for a loooong time: Frost. It was just meme-y how Important Frost was for my beginner phase, he didn't have any real self-defense abilities like Rhino, but his Frost bubble was just key for me. Alongside his fourth, it was somewhat easier to keep enemies outside of the bubble to help me survive, and It really, really helped with defenses and other types of mission. And Octavia after The second dream. Octavia specially with both her invisibility and her ball. Both crowd control and damage in a time where you start to get very overwhelmed with enemy spawning in huge quantities and dealing huge damage, and her invisibility and healing to survive that point of the game where I started to drop dead like a fly from high level enemies, so it was nice to have that part to breath. Just building my Octavia into a crowd killing transparent monster kept me going. The other frame that kept me alive in some missions was Limbo Primo, of course. The Classic. Also It goes without saying, Nezha is a top pick if you're reading this and you're a beginner. His rework in like 2021 made him so good I wish it would have been there when I started.

Wukong, is defiantly one of the best beginners and if you can get your hands on the prime version he becomes an absolute beast. He can even do the spy missions especially with his cloud walker since he can by pass lasers, hes good for defense, mobile defense Ok, he's good with all of it. :D

Nezha is amazing for the early game, his two does the same as citrines one and roar combined, his three makes you indestructible, his one makes you fast, and his four works as CC if you need it. Always a good starter in my opinion

I would recomend every beginner farm frost his 3rd ability snow globe is perfect for any grineer and corpus mission since it can block all incoming fire causing the enemies to come in close then his 4th ability does a decent amount of damage when there all close and grouped up that frame has allowed me to even complete the star chart. He can be farmed on ceres the assination mission and the components for his parts aren't to hard should have the resources by the time you unlock ceres

I find Valkyr to be my favorite frame to use because she good in both solo and group missions. And her prime variant has a STUPID amount of armor, making you practically invincible even to harder enemies. And even when you're running low on heal, just use Hysteria to slash up a couple of enemies to regain the health back. She's perfect for both early and late game.

On my rhino warframe I have a Kubrow companion and I have the protect and loyal companion mods. The protect mod makes it so my companion with come to me and replenish my shield by 175. The loyal companion mod makes it so if my health falls below 35% I will gain 12% damage reduction for 10 seconds

I always recommend nezha, super tanky with 3, super easy to play, has utility+setup with 2 (makes enemies take double damage and generates health orbs) a little bit of cc+bonus damage for the 1. Super easy to play and if you like it can easily scale into steel path (also incredibly cheap to buy the prime version of)

I used to get kicked out of the clan's I joined because they liked to hold me abduct to the game , by making me connect at least 1 day every 3 day's , and no one tells me what to do . So I just created my solo clan from scratch and know I have all the labs ,the big ship for Railjack , etc . And the best is that I am no long kidnaped to the game every 3 days, know I can stop playing for 2 months and come back when there's content that I want to do , and If I need something from the clan sistem I just have my own forever and I don't have to search for a new one when I come back , all the resources that went into making my own personal dojo where worth and know I don't have to talk to no one , and I couldn't be happier. .

Nekros is the most useful for new players, who will be lacking in resources for a long long time. Apart from him, personally I recommend Nezha and Wukong, who are both fast and tanky.

These are some really great early game frames! I'm still not too far into the game (mr7) but one frame that carried me in the late early game was (drumroll) LIMBO! now listen, I know that Limbo isn't exactly a frame you can get in the "early" game, but the Europa junction isn't too bad, especially if you're speeding through the star chart, and whatever work it takes to get him is very worth it, limbo can be completely untouchable for as long as he wants, only downside being that he cant hurt enemies either, but dipping quickly in and out of the rift can be surprisingly efficient if you get good at it, and also, limbo has one more great benefit: an early introduction to fashion framing, being by far one of the drippiest frames in all of warframe, being able to work with basically any color combination. I'm honestly really grateful to limbo for absolutely carrying me all the way to sedna.

I love Limbo's kit. Took me a while to understand how his abilities work, going in and out of rift, but once I understood, he's an extremely capable frame. He's a very comfortable frame to take at higher SP levels. Unfortunately, He's got a bit of a bad rep for being a 'troll' frame in group setting, even unintentional. Case in point, I was trying to protect a Mesa while on her 4th by casting Banish on her. I got yelled at for being annoying...lol. Anyways, very good frame to have on solo missions.

I was expecting nekros to be on this list because he's simple to get from a taxi to the deimos boss and his resources aren't too expensive. Then his abilities are useful for all missions that new tenno may have trouble with like solo defense, or extraction missions.

I know what you mean. I was also thinking about featuring him in this video. He's easy to get, sure, but I feel that his strength comes mostly from "Despoil" and "Shield of Shadows". Both Augment Mods that are hard to come by early on in the game. Of course it's very subjective where to draw the line as to what is possible for a beginner and what isn't but for me personally Augments are too much to expect. That's why I decided to leave him out ;)

When I started the game the first thing I did was recharge plat to ger sevagoth, he was the main reason I started playing, and god knows if sevagoth prime comes that is going to be an S rank warframe, even when I have some warframes that are undeniable better than sevagoth nothing beats the feeling of going full berserk with his ult

My favorite early-midgame frame is Valkyr if you're looking to upgrade from these. Very ungabunga. Only thing you have to watch out for is corpus disruptors because they can take away your invincibility from 4.

You didn't even mention the two worst parts of farming garuda. Because kuva can actually fairly easily be Acquired. However, you have to get not one, not two, but THREE different types of toroids. Which have a 2% chance to drop on enemies in the vallis(but you can only farm them in very specific areas), and she needs 3 of each. Then, to add insult to injury, she requires marquis thyst. Which you can only build when you are NEAR MAX in fortuna standing. Needless to say, calling her a beginner frame is well past a stretch. She's about as much of a beginner frame as harrow, limbo, or titania. But so I'm not just detracting a slot: Nezha is actually a pretty good beginner frame. He's basically rhino but fast and focused more on damage and CC than support. If you don't quite have the movement down then occasionally tapping ctrl to butt-scoot with nezha's much easier. There's also mag. Ironically, if you pick her and get some helpful tips from some older players, she can legitimately make it so you don't have to build rhino. She can take you through the star-chart using just the mk-1 bo. Then you do one upgrade to fortuna standing so you can get Haymaker and deep breath for a kitgun with sporelacer from deimos. Congratulations, you can clear the star-chart. If you prefer more of a handcannon approach, you can stay on fortuna and use tombfinger. I mention kitguns, because if you stick around to actually get access to garuda on fortuna, you're going to have the standing and resources to have access to kitguns. However, I highly do not reccomend maxing fortuna. Maxing it has been notorious for causing burnout in the community.

Funnily enough, if I'm not mistaken, the very first non-starter frame you can get in this game is Vauban. You can buy all his required blueprints and the nitain extract needed to build him using the 150 Cred you get from the first level of nightwave and aside from that, he doesn't need any advanced ressources iirc. Of course, I wouldn't neccessarily recommend him as a beginner frame as he is super squishy and realistically, you'll want to build him around his vortex, which is pretty expensive to cast. I will say, however, that you can actually get some good value early game by simply using his Tesla Nervos (which provide good, albeit somewhat unreliable CC) and his Flechette Orbs (which deal pretty impressive damage, all things considered).

Yeah I see where you're going ^^ Easy to get is probably a big pro early on in the game ^^ I was also thinking about incorporating him in this video. But I personally felt that the other Frames bring more value even though they are harder to get. Vauban is definitely a good suggestion though ;)

This is why i don't like recommending tank frames or abilities that repel all bullets, it makes people develop a lazy way of playing. Making any frame that can't take by press an ability to bypass get damage difficult to play. In order to play frames that don't have this mechanic you have to learn the parkour mobility movements while shooting and slashing. It's a very active play style

After playing a bit more... you're right! Much easier to get any crafting material this way especially in a defense type mission. You get more of everything else too, credits, affinity, etc.

One of the best communities I've ever seen tbh, if you are in game you will see players themselves making sure every chat rules are respected, people helping others and even gifts to new players when you team up with someone experienced, I used to do that too. One more FYI for Zephyr: You can actually float with here for a longer period with her first ability. Use it while high up. Instead of dashing it allows you to float in the air consistently. While it drains energy, it allows you to more or less float slowly throughout the place, allowing you more control than the glide ability of all warframes. Quite useful on the open maps. In general her movement is quite different from other warframes because she is more agile and controllable in the air. Even normal jumps are different on Zephyr.

revenant prime is a great option due to relics all being low tier. once you have archwing quest complete you can get taxis for resources.

Zephyr very nice frame, you got literally invisible to 95% of damage, it's enough to run arbitrations, steel path missions, and other. If you look for strong frame that can just don't take damage - pick Zephyr.

I would say the best frame for the start is limbo (let me explain) CONSOLE ONLY!!! You can buy limbo on console with your first 50pl if you get a discount. 1: He has a passive mode 2: hes good for defense and mobile defense 3: he can freeze enemys 4 what else do u need?

I really wanted to have a interesting start to my pc account but I still ended building rhino first (tbf it is still on the foundry)...initially wanted xaku but it is a pain in the ass to farm from zero, you basically need to have orb valis maxed and both cetus and deimos trusted. Plus farming tons of resources from each open world. Plus doing tons of bounties that are way higher level than you with crappy weapons and only your starter frame that is not worth potatoing (it gets better after you get broken war). Oh, and you cant even use the archwing launcher because it it kinda expensive to build.
