Ok guess telling my age here. We used brown grocery bags to cover our books. So fun, decorated in ways that were unique to our style/personality. Didn’t scroll through comments so maybe someone else did the same?

Oh we did that too we always decorated them. We would use the raised notebooks with cats characters etc. And use a pencil or crayon and rub over the design on to our bag. Soooo fun😂

I made round drawstring bags for my neices. They open to lay flat so they can keep makeup, hair accessories, art supplies or any of their favorite things in them. We got them gift cards and cozy socks. The bags are a good reusable wrapping option to add a little extra something personal. I'm hoping to get bowl cozies and mug rugs done to go with the gift card holders I made for the adults.
