Thanks for all your recent work, EVgo! I do think that the number of active charging stalls needs to match the location and demand, though. I think four stalls is a pretty good baseline for rural highways; however, some of the higher traffic areas (e.g., along Interstates) need a minimum of eight stalls. The initial Pilot/Flying J sites look good, but when you start putting them in in places like California, I'm expecting to see at least double the number of chargers (at least four 350 kW Delta chargers) per site. Also, I think Reservations are a bad idea. I guess you're testing it out now, but it is not something I support. It's going to create confusion and add stress at the charging sites, especially when you're mixing populations of people who do and don't use your app prior to arriving at the site. Also, reserving a charger doesn't guarantee that the stall is free and open, which could be a problem at crowded locations when your app isn't monitoring the actual space. If it's busy, and someone takes the seemingly open stall rather than queueing up, it's going to create some really stressful situations for everyone involved.

Im in Las Vegas NV. Over 2 million population. Tourist destination capital of the WORLD. You have 1 location on the far north end of town. 4 chargers, 3 work..... Absolutely pathetic.

What's crazy is that EVgo used to have a dozen or so charging sites spread out across Vegas; however, those were the older 40 kW BTC Power units with only one charger per location. I would have hoped that EVgo could have preserved those contracts with Terrible Herbst and replaced each of those BTC Power units with a two-stall 350 kW Delta unit.

Evgo is absolutely worthless. Tried to charge a Cadillac Lyriq. Three fails at three stations.
