It’s 100% true. Tried it myself, clenching your jaw or leaving it open and relaxed creates a massive difference between your max lifts. You can also logically deduce and understand the importance of a jaw through observing professional fighting. Whether it’s boxing or mma, clenching your jaw tight could be the difference you getting knocked out or taking the punch.

1:37 This is such a pet peeve of mine, why the hell do the subtitles insist on inverting names and surnames?! He clearly says Hanma, Baki, but the subtitles insist on inverting it into Baki, Hanma, WHY?! Some times it's even worse, an example is Madara's introduction, they clearly say Uchiha.... Madara, as the camera pans up to his face, meanwhile the stupid ass subtitles say Madara as the camera is on his crotch and than Uchiha when it pans to his face. It's infuriating because there is -100% reason to do this, 0% is just not enough to emphasize how useless this is.

because japanese people call their last name as first name. this is only work for japanese people who already used to read names from kanji everyday in school. Uchiha is actually a first name, and it's placed before the actual name. but the pronounciation is the opposite. for example, Eilish is normally called "Billie Eilish", but if she's Japanese, it may changes to "Eilish Billie". since you're not japanese, it's understandable if you don't know about it. it's not surprising anymore if Naruto Uzumaki being written as Uzumaki Naruto. it's just normal things for non-japanese to put the clan name after the actual name. and also, someone who working on the subtitle is doing a great job about it.

@@dragulia_venaro I'm confused about what it has to do with what I said, what I said was that they should keep it as the original Japanese, last names first than first names, there is no reason to change it because in English it doesn't matter in which order it goes so there is no reason to invert it. My example with Uchiha Madara was because in Japanese it builds suspense, Uchiha is a whole clan, we all knew it was Madara, but the idea was that you don't know which Uchiha it was until it pans to his face, meanwhile the subtitles were inverted and said Madara before his face was revealed.
