Interesting story: I was attending an interview for a mid size IT company few years ago. After multiple rounds, when they asked for my salary expectation, I was asking for 50% hike based on the current salary I was getting that time. They paused for a second and they said they could not do it. I thought It was a reasonable amount based on the market conditions. So I was little bit surprised. Then the hiring manager himself said, for the role they wanted to hire me, the minimum pay comes with 80% hike. So they told me to start my negotiation between 80% and 120% hike. Because of that, they could not do the 50% hike which they themselves said it was very low for the role! Needless to say.. they gave me the best offer. I still have been working for them.

I have traditional ira, can I start taking fund from traditional ira from my age 60 without having any state tax? Or do I need to convert traditional Ira to Roth IRA at my 60? Sir kindly explain about Nifty Midcap 150 & Nifty smallcap 250 indices . It is better than active mutual fund long run for 25 to 30 years. In India active Midcap & small cap beating their respective indices. It is safe to invest alike nifty 50 & Nifty Next 50. Now marketcap 251 company of indices (First company of smallcap company 27 k core) so now a days issues in smallcap indices & company will be less in Futher years. Another question now indian stock market is over valued?
