When we last saw Beth, she had just shot Rio as he was beating up Agent Turner. Now that he's out of the picture, she's ready to run the game and stay in control. The women take on seemingly innocent jobs - Beth in a stationary store, Ruby in a nail salon and Annie as a valet - each with a special purpose to aid them in their new criminal enterprise. What happens as they expand their operation will have a ripple effect with their families. Meanwhile, Stan's taken a job in security at a strip club and Dean is working sales at a spa company. I hate the direction the show is going in with Brio. At this point I don't see a Brio reunion. TBH I don't think they're trying to force Dean down everyone's throats and make everyone like him and forgive him,or even him and Beth together.I think they are just trying to show everyone why Beth married Dean in the 1st place.That way they can show how Beth starts to realize she made a mistake getting with Dean.Then possibly bring in the realization of why and how she actually DOES have some sort of feelings for Rio.TBH,I think she's trying to get Dean out of jail not because she loves and cares about him,but because of their kids.She feels like he is a really good dad.I don't think she told Dean "I Love You" because she does,I think she told him that because she feels guilty he's in jail rather than with the kids and/or she was just trying to keep his hopes up for them being back together.Also it could be possible that she feels like she's going to have an extremely hard time or not be able to just up,leave and quit crime and Rio,so she needs Dean out so the kids can have at least one parent if something happens to her or there really is no getting out of this lifestyle of crime that she's living and possibly stuck in.They don't have Dean's mom anymore either,since the actress that played as Dean's mom passed away,either yesterday or day before I can't remember(R.I.P. to her) so no I seriously don't think that's what the producers are doing.Beth is probably starting to realize that Dean will always be Dean,and not be any different.Even as a teen Dean was sort of a d*ck.Maybe at the time Dean was the only somewhat "solidity" Beth knew or could feel at the time.Beth had to grow up early cause her mom was a major alcoholic.So maybe it's because Dean was the only one that was semi there for her at the time🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm sorry but Beth is Rios rotten egg. She is entitled and super annoying to watch at times. At first, I was rooting for her, and even supported the whole Brio thing, but not so much anymore. This entire Dean situation is her fault and now she is crying to Rio about it, expecting him once more to fix it. Yet she's scheming a plan to have him killed? Rio has done everything to help her and has even served as a mentor in some way. In this clip, he is clearly advising her to just cut Dean out yet again Beth doesn't listen and blames him for her "misfortune." Is Rio perfect? Of course not, he has his faults, but at least he doesn't go around pretending to be the good guy.

I think that the writers are intentionally making Beth unlikeable and she will end up in prison at the end of this all, OR they actually think Beth is 'one of the good guys' and Rio is somehow the big bad. His wife does dislike Christina, plus she had beef on twitter with some Brio (ship name) fans. Manny also doesn't understand the ship and in a way, dislike it. I saw an interview the producers did in season 2. They were surprised by the reaction of fans in regards to brio. They said their chemistry was fabulous but they seemed against letting it go any further than it did. They just didn't think the character beth would/could have a serious thing with someone like rio. I luv their chemistry...the show needs more of it...but I don't think it's going to happen. Plus, beth is starting to get on my last nerve. Without rio she would have lost her house & never found the strength to take control. She needs to stop whining about nothing ever falls back on rio. He's snaet enough to not let rotten eggs mess with his business. Beth put dean in this position but she's gotta blame rion AND has got a hit man after him. She is totally becoming rio's rotten egg.

A couple things... When will Rio have more screen time? He was in 1 scene in this episode and, while the scene was amazing, it was not long enough. Also, these two need to just get back together already. They are the show. Don’t get me wrong, I love Annie, Ruby, Stan, and all the other characters. TBH I don't think they're trying to force Dean down everyone's throats and make everyone like him and forgive him,or even him and Beth together.I think they are just trying to show everyone why Beth married Dean in the 1st place.That way they can show how Beth starts to realize she made a mistake getting with Dean.Then possibly bring in the realization of why and how she actually DOES have some sort of feelings for Rio.TBH,I think she's trying to get Dean out of jail not because she loves and cares about him,but because of their kids.She feels like he is a really good dad.I don't think she told Dean "I Love You" because she does,I think she told him that because she feels guilty he's in jail rather than with the kids and/or she was just trying to keep his hopes up for them being back together.Also it could be possible that she feels like she's going to have an extremely hard time or not be able to just up,leave and quit crime and Rio,so she needs Dean out so the kids can have at least one parent if something happens to her or there really is no getting out of this lifestyle of crime that she's living and possibly stuck in.They don't have Dean's mom anymore either,since the actress that played as Dean's mom passed away,either yesterday or day before I can't remember(R.I.P. to her) so no I seriously don't think that's what the producers are doing.Beth is probably starting to realize that Dean will always be Dean,and not be any different.Even as a teen Dean was sort of a d*ck.Maybe at the time Dean was the only somewhat "solidity" Beth knew or could feel at the time.Beth had to grow up early cause her mom was a major alcoholic.So maybe it's because Dean was the only one that was semi there for her at the time🤷🏼‍♀️

Technically these 1st few s4 episodes are still s3,up until like 4x04 or 4x05.Then after that the real s4 technically starts.The 1st few episodes of S4 were already,halfway filmed and edited to be a part of s3,but then covid,so they finished filming and edit the the last couple of episodes and had to make them premiere in s4.The Brio they been saying is going to be in s4, isn't happening till after 4x04 or 4x05 so it's still coming,they ARE listening,the producers said they hear us,and not just the Brio fans but the good girls fans as well.So 2 more episodes then things will be 😎 BTW,I LOVED THIS SCENE SO MUCH!
