Love the intro with Jah. I’m so glad he is with you. Who could resist those eyes. Baseball the greatest pass time. The boys of summer. I really enjoyed seeing the museum and all the pictures and memorabilia! What a great museum full of baseball history and legend. Really enjoyed seeing some of the greats from the Negro League. I’m sure each of them have an amazing story they could tell. You always include the right details to create the full picture and bring it to life. I think you are right about Michael Jordan. It makes perfect sense. Thank you so much Jordan what a great vlog today!

Jordan, when i was still playing back in the mid 80's i used to play on a Sunday baseball team for Chet Brewer over at Ross Snyder park in LA - Chet pitched in the Negro Leagues for the Kansas City Monarchs, had several match ups with Satchel Paige over the years - i could listen to him literally for hours, he had so many amazing and interesting stories about playing in the Negro Leagues - at the time, he was writing a book that he was going to title "Black Baseball" but he passed away before completing it - he lived in Whittier, CA - i would've bought that book, if the book was any bit as good as the stories he used to tell us it would've been a best seller

It was great to have Michael Jordan here for the Barons it really was a boost for them in attendance. I had met him years before at a basketball camp at fair park arena. That was long ago, in the photo he signed for me he still had hair. Hope to see you go to the Rickwood classic on the next video. Is going to be a hot day!

Have been a Bulls and Hawks fan even as a pre-teen since the 70s. Also have heard that theory about the gambling. I was/am naive enough to believe that the murder of his father and the shock of it was enough to cause Michael Jordan to make such a major life shift ...and then less than a year later, to reverse the decision. Dont forget the White Sox and Bulls were owned by the same people so that made indulging him essential to both franchises. Granted, the rumors about gambling are quite detailed but that also might mean there are people out there with really good imaginations who should be writing novels. Nice coverage of the Negro League Museum, thanks Jordan and Jah!

🦁 Jordan, Michael Jordan is from my home town. I had forgotten about his baseball playing time. Year’s ago, I met MJ at a restaurant. We hung out with him at a restaurant that a gf and I went out to dinner. I asked to size up one of my one hands to one of his hands and his one hand length was two hand length’s of one of mine. 🙌 MJ always traveled with about 3 of his closest friends and he paid for ALL of their dinners, bar tabs, vacations and partying expenses. I am a huge Cubs and Boston Red Sox fan. I traveled to Boston and it was a Great trip. I took the Fenway Park tour. Another, GREAT vlog. 👏👍👏 Nice that 🐒 Jah was able to travel with you.

Wow! That Satchel Paige pitching feature is outstanding!! I spent 3 1/3 weeks in Birmingham in 1991 while completing a sports medicine fellowship at the Alabama Sports Medicine Institute. This museum wasn't there at the time. Back then, they (Glen Fleisig, PhD, Dr James Andrews, MD) were just doing the bio-mechanical studies on pitching mechanics. I spent a couple days in the lab watching them collect data to study the movements. I bet this hologram was made with the help of Dr Fleisig! PS I hope you got to check out Johnnies for great BBQ!

I use to play a trivial game at work with some of the fellows there and my favorite question was who had the most home runs in all of baseball and nobody knew the answer, it was Josh Gibson of course, it's a record I don't think anyone has broken yet, but let me know if you find out otherwise.
