Germano is one of the absolute essential artists in my life. This song is brutal.

Lisa Germano is so underrated. I wish her more success.

I'm sorry Lisa Germano isn't famous. The world would be better if Lisa Germano was on the radio all the time. This would be a symptom of a better world. But people are unlucky, they have not been lucky enough to understand. So Lisa is a pearl for few, in this world of tears and love.

Her voice sounds so good.

I was first introduced to her through this concert and her work with Neil. I heard this version of the song before the studio version so its the one that sticks. So much soul in this performance. A beautifully dark song.

Lsa Germano - do you guys know her. She is super violist played for John Mellencamp. What a artist and God sake, no one know her. No one can play violin and guitar like her.

I've loved Lisa for years..She's far less well known than she should be .Lately I've had her on in the car.

Wow! I just always thought she was John Mellancamp's fiddle player.

A important song about sexual assault and rape and what women have to go through who have experienced it.

Why cant we have artist like this in 2019. New music has no soul like this
@HickW4 жыл бұрын
My theory is that it has to do with the introduction of mobile phones... Everything has such an emphasis on the visual nowadays, to the point that the aural suffers.....

@@HickW That happened in 1981 with the introduction of MTV. There’s still great music being made, you just fave to look for it.

they probably do exist but might just be as or less popular as Lisa was in her time

People said the exact same thing, word for word, in the early 90s when Lisa was putting out her music. The soul of good music didn't die in the 90s. Or the 60s. Or the 1820s.

They exist. You have to go after it, search specialized music sites, for example.
