Hi, my baby is 4 month old and she does everything you just mentioned in the video. But she is not turning towards the direction of the sound. But she seemed to know that somewhere the sound is coming, but she is not turning towards it. Other than that, everything you said my baby is doing

Should they be able to do these things as soon as they turn 4 months or once 4 months is complete. So beginning of 5 months old?

By 4 months old. So when they turn 4 months old, most kiddos are doing "X". Remember that every baby is on his/her own timeline and it is ok if they aren't yet doing all of these things at exactly 4 months.
