Nelson lives on through these films he had so much talent. He captured people in a natural way without being intrusive. I hope there will be more...He is unforgetable!

Aside from Nelson’s technique, I absolutely love his dry sense of humor. He was the perfect vessel to transport us through time. Thanks for the tribute!

Difference is that everyone has access to recording equipment ie a phone (and I suspect way better editing equipment than Nelson had access to).... and an even bigger difference is that Nelson was a REALLY talented fly-on-the-wall film-maker (IMO most vloggers are not).

Not to mention his technique.. He was filming smooth, sharp shots over long periods of time using a handheld camera that is pretty fucking heavy. He was not a strong man, yet turns out this amazing movies.. True legend! Thank you so much for paying him some respect and telling his story in a way I've never heard before!

I truly enjoyed this beautiful informative biography of Nelson. It is such a shame we lost him at such a young age. He was a real gem with so much to give. I really wish Nelson Sullivan and Dick Richards would still be here with us today. They were such caring and kind gentlemen with so much to offer. It is such a shame they are both gone. I love and enjoy your channel very much.❤❤

Truly a free Spirit who shed light on a glamorous lifestyle of culture , talent and bravery. Nelson Sullivan is responsible for forging a path with his camera and eye for the moment. This world is better place because of him and he did it with a Gentleman Southern flair.

I’m still sad about all of this, how it all came to be, with Christina superstar dead, Nelson dead, and Michael Alig a gruesome murderer, and now too gone. It’s a Greek tragedy that played out in real life ❤
