Great video as always - thanks! My favorite tools remain the brain in conjunction with pen and paper, but I was super-impressed with Memory League. As someone generally not a fan of software across the board (am I becoming a Luddite?), I think it's well done. Tracking is so important, so I'm glad you mentioned it. Same thing at the gym for the body. All the most ripped athletes seem to have notebooks for tracking, measuring and noting improvements along the way. It's great to do that in memory too because you remove the burden of remembering how far you've come, much like an artist's sketchbook. Thanks again!

Always love your comments. Thanks as usual for supporting my videos! I agree that there is something to be said about pen and paper and avoiding tools, but some are so helpful for my training they are unavoidable. See ya!

Definitely. I am very cautious about the Digital Amnesia problem, but never profess throwing out anything. It's a matter of balance and discipline and you are a great model for both in the memory world and beyond. Rock on!

Awesome Nelson! I was checking out Art Benjamin's not in particular ted talks but all his individual talks he does around. I even checked out his book the newest one he discussed on your Mind show last august. I have yet started to read it. I took a look at his great Courses lectures really awesome. Math was never my strong point. But I digress sorry about that. Great job Nelson as always.
