honestly after the item rework shadowflame is a great item, and most importantly, it scales wayyyy better. If possible to fit a solo ap's build, i think its a must.

You could do the math, it just depends how much is base damage vs scaling and how low u think ur targets will be. I'd guess it's pretty close.

Yes it's good. He likes the statline and his dash is very bad for gap closing so rocket belt dash helps him actually land the e knocked more often.
