I've really been waiting for an emulation on some of these instances, and now I got all three! Wow, I'm ecstatic to have them. Can't wait to hear how my Neumann U87 and U89i (my favorite Neumann mic) sounds after going thru these gems! 😁😁😁👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

It's a wicked plugin. I use it on distorted guitar stereo bus for hardrock. Neold breathes life in the guitars like Smaug the dragon.

good news, the developer has now added a trim control on the preamp section so that you now aren't pushing lots of gain into the compressor section

When sublte really make sense. I don't know how they sounds (really sounds) compares to real thing, but it just sounds right my ears. I don't know how the harmonics are increased or treated by the compressor, but definitely it's subtle in a very good way. Arturia and Audified didn't impress me that much.

using monitor headsets, I hear absolutely no difference when he is turning off and on things. I never do. is this due to how youtube delivers sound to various people?

Btw, I have several vintage ElectroVoice mics. But I don't know anything about them. Just that I bought them from the Norwegian National Broadcaster some years ago. If anybody knows anything about Electro-Voice I would be so grateful if anybody could tell me something about them. I have several different models, to of them are even matched. I can check their model name if that's very important but just any info on EV would have been much appreciated! ❤️🙏 Kindest reg from Oslo/Norway.

Model numbers would help, but EV has a long history (over 90 years) of manufacturing broadcast mics. They're an American manufacturer. I use the RE20 for my video VO, but that mic can also be used on kick drum, bass cab, etc. I'm sure you could find some great musical uses for them!

Used it on my instrument bus, and it brought it into a 3D realm. Gave depth to my instrument bus, like I've never experienced, considering I'ma amateur, mixing completely ITB. I brought it immediately after demoing it. Easily gonna be in every mix I have going forward 💯🎼🎵🔥🤟🏼
