Most probably an experiment project for the slavery of the next generations. Full 24/7 surveillance on everything and everybody, no space for privacy, no space for freedom. Fortunately the "project" is so badly mismanaged that in 4 years it has dilapidated hundreds of millions of dollars for absolutely nothing.

There is a luxury resort that is unaffordable for the wide majority of people, and there are a few crappy shitty "hotels" that I would not advise for my worst enemy. You can find something else in Tabuk, but you need to drive more than 2 hours in the desert to reach the neom territory.
