He's turning Briggs' own line back on him. Earlier in the movie, Briggs had told him "A good man always has to know his limitations", after bragging that he'd never had to pull his weapon in the course of career.

OriginalLictre Callahan said the line to Briggs earlier in the movie when Harry showed up to the scene of Ricca after he is killed.

'Mans got to know his limitations" will be on Eastwoods tombstone someday when he passes to the other world and makes his presence known to the masses.

Clinton needs to learn about the fundamental definition of the words "honesty", "integrity", "humility" and a few more that she has no inclination to follow. The bitch is a treasonous criminal that should be in the big house, not the White House.

Chigozie Oliver Igboebisiokwu So you're saying it should be ignored, just another polititian right? Why in the hell do you think Trump has gotten this far in the race, people are sick and tired of these lying treacherous SOB establishment politicos? He's not one of them, an outsider that won't play ball as well can't be bought.
