Cows are back … yeah!!! That’s a postcard with cows and trees background. I heard one of those cows say the swing weight on that paddle is too low.

Pop is very similar but a slight edge to the Neonic Flow Prime X if I'm splitting hairs. The Saga Flash has slightly more power.

Farmer great review as usual. Between this paddle and the Vatic Saga which do you think would be better if you have elbow and shoulder problems. I need a paddle that’s not very stiff and has less vibration. Thanks

I appreciate it, thank you. The saga has a more plush face so I'd go with that one out of the 2. I was using the proband BandIt tennis elbow brace. I liked it a lot but my friend didn't like his.

@@FarmerLankyPickleball I have posted longer comment about tennis elbow, but short version is: 1) massage your forearm and tricep right above your elbow every time before you play … a couple of minutes with fingers and thumb will do 2) buy a theraband flexbar (I have the green one, others might start with red one), look up flexbar tennis elbow exercise youtube videos (eccentric stretch/strengthening) The straps really only mask the issue, but if it reduces discomfort no harm. They never did anything for me. Tennis elbow can get really bad (I lost 9 months of tennis), so playing through early tennis elbow can be risky. Often a little break when it first shows up can be wise. Problem is some play through it fine, others create a worse problem… lots of unknowns when it comes to tennis elbow. btw … I do that forearm massage every time before I play pickleball, just like I did for tennis. It just works … and although my elbow recovered to pain free tennis years ago, I still can get elbow warning twinges even from pickleball if I don’t stick to the pre-massage. Can you say permanently degraded elbow … yep. Tennis elbow sucks.
