150g Broccoli 150克 西兰花
8 Dried scallops 8粒 干贝
20g Ginger, slices 20克 姜, 切片
2 stalk Spring onion, pieces 2颗 青葱, 切段
8 Garlic, halved 8粒 蒜头, 切半
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon HuaDiao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
2 tablespoon Potato flour 2汤匙 马铃薯粉
