You are setting a great example for mothers young and old especially in our community. We need to know that it’s more than okay!! It’s imperative in fact to take a break from motherhood, parenthood and not make parents feel guilty of taking some time out for themselves. It’s so important to be better and feel better within first to be able to bring that to your child. The parent need to full in order to give!! When are we going to truly understand that ??
