This has now been scientifically researched too. Doesn’t matter if it is good or bad or difficult for the mom to spend the first 5-6 years with child, it is absolutely important for the child to have full time attention from the mother at least. I love reading experiments and researches and everyone pointed at mom being present as the single most important thing for a child’s behavioral development

I don't know about that Nepali dish, but my comfort food is similar to this. I just saute some veggies like broccoli, boiled potatoes, paneer, onions, etc. with a little bit of oil, pepper, and salt. I mix it with curd and cilantro. Sometimes, I eat it with rice or just eat that mixture without anything. I eat this when I don't feel like eating or eat something spicy during the day. It is good, and I add some cucumbers in summer.

hello ruchi i know you have research about chukauni well but let me correct you one thing it is not vegetable it is our nepali go to snack, my soulful food process of making boil potato and make a sesame powder and mix with potato and put salt and onion and just do tadka with methi dana always use natural curd for chukauni and if you have any instant noodle like wai wai try with that it is the best. for pronaucation please say chu-kau-nee it is our western nepal food so sorry for this lengthy comment try it to make using my tips it is awesome.
