Fuckin' freak can regenerate from any injury, by eating like a banana or some crazy shit. Almost infinite inventory space, can freeze time, seemingly can get stronger in moments through levelling-up. The power to do things over via saves and reloads, the PC is also usually completely fucking fearless and will do and say anything.

I have an idea for a challenge. I was messing around with the FOV commands and put it at about 150. If you position the camera above your character in third person, it gives the game an almost "top down" effect. Might be a neat thing to try. Unfortunately melee was the only really effective means to kill enemies.

"can you beat fallout NV with only This Machine" (unique only) No companions, of course. This is a true challenge. You'll have to reach a certain level (15, I believe)and have a decent reputation just for the option to get access for the series of mini quests required to be awarded "this machine". There is an easier way requiring 50 science, but I expect you to take the hard way if possible

Fun fact, if you have the necessary Repair skill, there are enough resources in Victor’s shack and the general store to craft 1-2 repair kits at the bench between the general store and the saloon, and I believe enough for 2-5 kits in Novac. (The little motor pool right in front of the motel, both on the shelves and inside the garage space.) I haven’t looked in very many places for repair kit supplies, but I know those places for sure have enough for the whole kit. I believe the only problem might be with finding enough scrap electronics in good springs. RNG might be the only deciding factor, as Chet sells it occasionally.
