@@midgetwars1 He hated 2016 for forcing you to always be connected to their servers (they eventually patched it so you could play offline, but at release it was always online). His actual video of Hitman 2016 ended after he lost connection for 2 seconds and was booted to the main menu immediately. He also said the fact they patched in offline mode after the fact was more damning proof that there was no need for the always online requirement it had.

I've played my fair share of Hitman 1&2 (reboots). When you are in a box, you *are* invisible. As long as nobody suspicious/hunting/engaged in combat sees you entering it at least. If it's the case, like it was here, the game is supposed to slowly get the alert level down to 0, with NPCs simply remembering your identity (bubble on their head at all times). But I've encountered this bug a few dozen times. Sometimes, when being hunted, while I'm two rooms away from anyone, suddenly everybody sprints to my location, hesitates 5 seconds, then loads me with bullets. It's the only recurring "game-breaking" bug that I know of. And I'm at least level 400 (maybe higher, can't remember), so I've dug into the game enough to state as much I believe.^^

I was giving Jon grief about how sometimes, despite him having a lot of knowledge about Hitman, he doesn't know certain base mechanics like dumping bodies through windows or how long the sniper delays are especially for Sniper Assassin missions. But Dan just takes the cake right now with this one video.

Patrick is explaining why that joke does not necessarily work because Dan never actually explicitly stated that he is good at games (he could for example have been referring to his ability to make entertaining content, which I believe he was). There is nothing wrong here. The only wrong thing seems to be you deciding that there is something wrong, when there really isn't.

I know it's not your style, but you should try the story missions. They show you lots of the map, how you can get into places ect. Helps give you a sense of direction in these large mazes
